Great for families far apart

Some pictures transfer easily but others are very grainy. Still was great to upload pictures when we were in our 10 yr anniversary trip to Costa Rica for our families to see as we were enjoying our vaca.

The only downside is that recently we did some updates had to move the frame and we lost the adapter finding one replacement was not hard but the entry is not compatible with other adapters we have available.

Easy to use Digital Frame

I really need a 12" frame but that isn't made. This one has easy to use options and also has the ability to send photos from my phone to the frame. Although I didn't get the size I wanted, I am happy with this frame...it holds far more than my previous frame.

Doesn't work

Was able to successfully link it to my home network, however could not link it to my Facebook account after several times. The website of the manufacturer was pathetic. The number to call or email to send is only manned Monday to Friday. Buying this on a Friday evening, meant no help till the following Monday. I brought it back to Best Buy on Saturday. I did hear from the manufacturer on Monday evening finally. Three days too late.
