OK, had hoped for a little more

The remote is very small & is difficult for an older person to see buttons. No worse than the other units available, maybe better than some.

Emailed manufacturer's support group as explained in owner's manual and to date have not had any response.

Didn't feel it was a good purchase

So I returned them. I did not open them so not sure of quality but when reviews were too many glitches. I returned them.
