This product doesn’t connect to WiFi. It hang. Photos suddenly stop. Then I have to switch off the frame. I am going to return this product.

This item has multiple models for the same 10" frame, each with different software programs. Product does not let you show pictures by name or title, just date. When we contacted customer support, we were placed on hold for a long time. Representative told us each 10" model had different software and they sold different models to different retailers.

I gave this item as a birthday gift. That day the album worked fine with all the features. Within a few days the person called me to tell me it stopped working. They took it back to Best Buy and switched it out for another one. Again the same thing happened. Best Buy rep didn't know why and couldn't fix it. They ended up giving my friend a Best Buy gift card to replace it. I was disappointed and bit embarrassed that this happened.

So the original frame we purchased did not work properly - the auto off/on would turn the frame off, but never back on. Also, the display picture in full frame option does not work. Also, if you loose power to frame, you have to re-enter all settings again. Finally, our city, New Orleans, is not listed in the choices for display weather data.... Poorly designed and implemented product. Would not buy. Had all the same issues with the one we exchanged for too.

It’s doesn’t connect to its own App. App is worthless! Spend the extra money for a different brand that works.

My wife purchased this for my birthday. I installed a USB thumb drive for my pictures as I don't have (nor want) a facebook, twitter, or other online service such as those. Prior to my going out of country, it appeared to be working fine. I came back home (the 15 day return policy has since elapsed) to find it scrolls through my pictures once and then stops. When I hit the USB icon, it scrolls through once again and then stops. It is a piece of junk.

I'm surprised this item is still for sale. Ran for three days without a problem. Suddenly, slideshow randomly stops and requires manual restart. Technical support unable to figure out why. I'm using the same photos that have been on my Kodak EasyShare frame for years. Exchanged for a second Aluratek frame, but had same problem, only worse.

The picture frames are okay. They only show photos and video separate. They don't play on the same sequence. Its one or the other.

On the box is states that it's an easy picture frame to work, but the directions on how to upload your pictures directly from your FB account or the cloud makes no sense. Also when I load the pictures from my flash drive it may not load my pictures the first, second, or even third time I try. It is very frustrating.

In 2016 there still isnt a elegant solution for a digital picture frame. This is not a good solution. The interface is clunky and it says it can connect to facebook and other social media and picture sites but does not connect. I would not recommend this at all and wait until a company can come out with a better user friendly product

We purchased this display to showcase photos from our recent trip. After loading our photos, we realized they would only be displayed in random order. The software does not permit showing photos by date or time. We returned the photo frame and chose a different brand that provided more options.

The unit freezes up and gives more trouble than it has been worth. I stopped using it

Very complicated to connect to wifi. Took more than 3 people to finally get it working.

difficult to operate, unable to get weather, on/off timer not functioning. support is a joke, they don't call back. emails are a long wait to get reply. update as instructed, still no good. I'd return unit if my time frame allowed. Best Buy is 14 days...SUCKS!! DON'T BUY!
