difficult and never got better

Tried to contact company for assistance, and since they never got back to me in time, I decided to return it rather than it just never working.

Very disappointing

WiFi Feature doesn't work as it is advertised

WiFi feature doesn't work for all phones, photos get lost in the device immediately after uploaded. Customer support is unresponsive. Best Buy shouldn't sell this poor product.

Impressive

I linked it to the local WiFi and my phone within minutes and had a bunch of photos loaded from my phone and my daughters phone in no time. The touch screen is high quality and photo rendering is surprisingly nice. It’s for my parents (in their 80s). I’ll update when they have used it!
