This picture frame has an amazing display and even plays videos. I had originally bought a different digital frame and had to return it for this one because it has better features and we couldn't even get the pictures on the other frame. Highly recommend!

I love this! It works well with the app and I am able to send pictures from Texas to Tennessee. The only issue is that you cant delete single photos. From what I can tell, you have to delete all or none.

I was never a fan of digital photo frames because everyone knows the same pictures sit on there forever. This one makes sending pictures to it so easy. So you can update without the inconvenience! I would totally recommend as a gift as well

Seems like a nice item but we had difficulty setting it up. It was a gift and hopefully the recipients were able to figure it out.

The idea of this photo frame is nice. You can send photos to the frame from your phone or tablet. The one thing I am not happy with is it freezes a lot. You have to restart.

I can't get it to work the way I thought it would. It keeps going to the same 15 pictures. I have over 100 on my SD card. I would not buy this product again. Instructions not clear

This frame has the ability to accept pictures from multiple users from all over the world via a cloud app on Android phones. Visual quality is phenomenal! Build is sturdy. The frame accepts input from multiple sources such as flash drives & SD cards too.

So easy to set up. We bought this for my mother. She can now get pics of all of her grands from all over the country. She always complains that we take pictures on our phones, and she never gets to see them. Problem solved. She LOVES it!

I like this but it could be better. You can't send select photos from Facebook, it will automatically send ALL photos you upload to Facebook to the frame. If this is a frame as a gift for a grandparent like ours was, this is not helpful. You can't send the pictures to the frame more than 9 at a time. super annoying. I think we will buy and SD card, save all the photos to the card and then put the card directly into the frame. Seems way easier then sending 9 photos at a time through the app on my phone.

I bought this frame as a gift for my mother with the intention of sending her photos remotely, as well as allowing her to easily add them from her iphone and ipad. They advertise the ability to do it, so I was excited. There also seemed to be a bunch of positive reviews. I have an IT degree and have built many computers in the past, so I consider myself to be fairly tech savvy. The frame seemed nice, started up fine, and connected to the wireless network without any problems. The instructions were readable, however you could tell they weren't written or translated by a native english speaking person. I figured I could get past that. I downloaded the iphone and ipad app from the app store (same one), and continued to link the devices to the frame. After a few moments of deciphering the english/chinese interpretation of some words on the app, I had them linked and saw a confirmation of this show up on the frame. All seemed workable until I tried to select and send a photo from the iphone. First try..."upload failed...", second try with another photo..."upload failed...". I then thought maybe it was my phone (iphone 7 plus), so I tried with the ipad..."upload failed...". Same thing with another try. So I deleted the apps, unlinked the connections from the frame, restarted the frame and devices, re-downloaded the apps, reconnected to the frame, and tried again on both. Again no matter what I tried I got... "upload failed..." . From what I can tell the frame may be decent, but when you advertise for wifi upload, it should work and it seems like the app just doesn't. So I ended up returning it. Bummer and ended up being a waste of a lot of time.

Just what I was looking for to showcase photos from our vacation

Looked online for weeks at all the digital photo frames because that is what she wanted for Christmas. It was 2days before when I walked in to Best Buy hoping they would have some liked she had asked for. Miracle!! She Loved it. Everything she wanted in one. Alls Well !!

This was a gift for my parents. Now I can upload photos remotely and they can enjoy them at any time. Fairly simple to use and with the remote service through the app, they don't have to do anything.
