Have had this frame for a year. Bought it for my mother in law last Christmas. We sent pictures on it from Michigan to Iowa. Great quality.

We thought pictures could be downloaded from the app to the frame no matter where you are located but you have to be within Wi-Fi of the frame. Also hard to connect to frame or app constantly having to redo your credentials. Customer assistance is non existent. Still haven’t received a response related to two questions emailed. Phone calls go unanswered.

I bought this as a Xmas gift for mu mom and she loves it! Easy to use. The whole family is able to upload our pictures to it from afar.

This frame is a delight to have in our home. It allows us to post pictures for everyone to enjoy. Simple to set up and simple to upload pictures.

It works. But I want something not needing internet access all the time. Like a blue tooth option. I use my cell for a hotspot and don't have it turned on all the time. It'll work for now.

bought this for my parents for christmas. download an app, sync it to the correct account and i can upload pics to if from my phone anywhere!!!

This year I wanted to give gifts for the holidays that had special meanings. The Aluratek Digital Photo Frame exceeded expectation in ease of use.

I think it’s very difficult to set up. I still havent gotten it working correctly

Looks like a good product but I never used. It was all app based, or social media based, and I don't use apple or android products, or facebook, so I couldn't use it. I prefer the type with instant photo sharing using an email address, not using an app. This product has no provision for sending photos to an email address to be displayed on its screen.

Bought as a gift for parents to show photos of my kid. Kinda hard to use. I bought the nixplay instead and like it much better

This is a great way to share photos and memories with family that lives far away. Pretty simple to use and puts smiles on loved ones faces

I have no complaints about this item I love that it has the option of adding additional memory. Pictures look great as do the videos.

holds thousands of pictures, very easy to upload, program, etc via the app. calendar and alarm clock functions are awesome.

I bought this for the grandparents and they love it. Anybody who is synced with the picture frame can send photos anytime ditectly from their phone.It so much fun!

I love this digital photo frame! It looks awesome in my kitchen. I will probably get another one for my desk at work. LOVE it!

My family and I love this frame because it allows us to re-live our vacations.

So I switched to this loooking for a less expensive version of the ceiva frames that I had used for more than 5 years. Works ok - I'm disappointed that the phone app isn't better (can't see what's currently on the frames or delete content) and sometimes it doesn't always seem to upload my pictures. Ceiva was much more reliable but you pay a monthly charge (this doesn't have that)

The set up simple and allows us to send photos to Grandma so she can share off the moments of her grandchildren!
