Until the steps weren't keeping correctly, the alerts went off even when she was active to get up and move. Overall not worth it.

Posted .Hi Owls, our products gather your step/calorie data via an algorithm that determines how far one's arm would swing while walking at a normal pace. This algorithm is based on the height, weight, and gender of the user. This means that if your arms are stationary while you are walking (i.e. your hands are on your bags or in your pocket while walking) it will not register your steps taken.
With the latest algorithm update, our watch has stricter requirements for step counting. And the watch will filter out those unreal walking, like playing basketball， traveling by car or motorcycle. Hope you understand.
To reduce errors, Amazfit sets an initial value of 10, which means it will count steps when you walk more than 10 steps. In other words, the APP will show the real walking steps and start counting from step 10. When you make 10 steps rest for 5 seconds, and make another 10 steps, the watch may not record your steps.

Didn't sync with any of my fitness apps, and don't bother trying to attach Alexa. I had to download so many apps just to make this work. I'd rather just get a Galaxy Smartwatch at this point. I had to interact MORE with my phone to do stuff on the smartwatch at all times.

Went with this watch as a suitable replacement for what I wanted the watch to track. Charged it overnight, then tried to set it up using the very limited instructions provided. I could never get the watch to move off the home screen. It did not respond to any of the commands listed in the instructions. RETURNED IT!!

Posted .Hi iPad, thank you for reviewing the Bip 5. All the available watch faces are found on the Zepp app. The Bip 5 should last around 10 days depending on use. If it is not then you can factory reset the watch and it should help remedy this.
The Bip 5 uses a standard quick release watch band. You can change it out with any third party watch band that uses this style. You would just need to match the band width size of 22mm for it to fit the watch. The watch was never that great to begin with as the sleep tracker thought i was awake when i was asleep and asleep when i was awake and you have to pay a monthly fee for any advanced features. This seems like a quick cash grab for a terribly made product
