I absolutely love the new Amazon Fire tablet! I use it to read books, watch my favorite TV shows and movies and to catch up on social media!! Great purchase!

I am buying this Kindle to replace my generation 2 with the latest version. While I used my older daily it lost its ability to charge. I was able to use the backup function to load my applications and books inside of a half hour. I am chair bound and use the Kindle to watch movies, read books and magazines, and to entertain myself with games.

My grandkids come quite frequently. It was important to have games and video available they could enjoy!

I replaced an old Acer tablet and I am very satisfied with this tablet. My old tablet was smaller so it's taken me some time to get used to the larger size. I wasn't sure about the ad's but they really haven't bothered me. I like that it keeps a charge for a longer period than my old tablet. I do wish the charger cord was longer but I can live with it. I can't use the same charger as my phone as it's a different size head. The real test for the tablet will be when I'm on the road without my computer and relying solely on the tablet (I haven't done that yet).

I am writing this review from my new fire tablet. It is a great alternative to an iPad. It is way less expensive and the 10.1 model is nice and big. Just remember to choose the tablet without ads. The ads are annoying. I am still figuring out how to remove them. The fire tablet does not link to your cellphone and goes off of work fi. Make sure to find out how to install Google Play so you can install your favorite apps.

I bought this on sale. It's a very reasonably priced tablet compared to an iPad which costs several hundred dollars more. The screen is large and the memory is adequate for all of the web browsing and computing I do with this tablet. This is an excellent value and I higly recommend this product.

Readability very good and easy to adjust settings. Stays charged much longer than my other kindle.Games have sharp crisp images. Easy to use for reading and games. The cover is merely for protection. When using your Kindle the cover is awkward. I, myself, like the style of older covers.

We purchased these as Birthday Gifts for my two daughters. I love these tablets because they have all the great abilities that an Apple Tablet has. I also find that it works faster than the Apple products. It is a great step up from the kid version of Fire Tablets. They are very durable and very user friendly. Although to set up this level of the fire tablets for kids takes some time to sit down and do, but once its done they are absolutely incredible for kids. And the great thing about these tablets is that they are the table that your kids can grow with.

After having a Kindle Fire HD that I enjoyed for so long until it just finally died. I now have the Amazon Fire HD and find it also very dependable. I read my daily newspaper, keep up with the news and complete 85% of my emails. The speakers are much better than my older Kindle as well as the screen size and yes I ordered the 64GB version. It reacts very well with my WIFI in the house as well as out in the garage and yard. Very portable. I look forward to many years of service with my new Amazon Fire HD. A great value for the money compared to other tablets.

Love my tablet. Highly recommend the Amazon Fire with 10 inch screen and extra gb. This tablet has lots of speed with bright vivid colors.

This product was easy to set up and get running. Had great specials with it that made it fun and let's me decide what I want before 30 days are up. Much larger screen and better photos and colors and graphics....Games are better also. The specials you can have for 30 day free trial are really very nice feature to this package...I received my Kindle in a very good time frame considering curbing pandemic.

It is perfect for games, big screen, fast, well made, good speed and enough memory to do what you want. We mainly use it for games. We love it!

I needed a new kindle fire as my kindle fire 7 kept crashing. The size of this kindle fire is like an iPad size. I use my kindle fire daily. It’s amazing when you read in any kind of light. And I read at all hours of the day! Games and prime video are amazing on this size kindle fire!! A must buy for sure!

This is the third Fire I have purchased. Very pleased. The sound is dramatically better on this new Fire. When I first started using it, it sounded like a stereo system! The other thing I have noticed is in regards to charging it. It seems to take half the time to recharge it than the last one I had. Easy to get started, easy to use. Highly recommended.

Very nice picture. Good battery life. A little heavy. Would be nice if it was a little lighter.

Just to be fair - before you purchase this, you should be aware that Amazon has their own user interface baked into this tablet. It is not your normal average Android G**gle Chrome interface. That being said, please also note that the lock screens have ads baked in. These ads will vary and do change from time to time. One has to pay $15 to Amazon in order to remove that "feature". Now to be honest - these tablets are very usable for my children. Nowadays, even 2-yo's are familiar with how to navigate most tablet interfaces; however, mine are older but still normally use it - YTKids, Y*()7()83, and oh, Huetoob (I don't want to really type the name.) I've installed G**gle on it as you might find the instructions on most social media (YT) instructables or articles. They even use it for distance learning - make sure you also install G-Suite after installing the G**gle environment because some school districts need it. Its quick enough and has pleanty of space to store all of their home made videos and photos. It's a solid performer. My only gripe is that the screen isn't prefectly flat. I installed a third-party glass screen saver on one of them and their was a huge gap/bubble. Not so much a bubble but an indentation on the screen where the screen protector couldn't adhere to. Not so much of a problem as it can't be seen when the screen is active. I don't believe the touch feature is affected as a result of this either. Advisement - you will probably have to wipe and restore back to factory once a year to clear all of the mess collected throughout the year. Just make sure you backup the vids and photos which can be copied to (if not already) on the microSD card. This does have a microSD card slot so you can expand the storage should you need.

I am sure there are better tablets on the market, but not for anything near this price. I bought the model with more memory but don't think it is needed for most people. Adding inexpensive micro SD card will provide more than enough storage. The charge time is very short. Image quality if good. I would give it 5 stars except for the camera which is basically useless to me.

I use this to have Cheddar news on in the background while working at home. Picture and sound so good! I leave it charging 24-7 (yeah not supposed to but convenient) since I work about 10 hours a day and have news and music on the entire work day. Web search is slow but I rarely use it. The price is better than an iPad for the one thing I need it for.

A recent purchase with high memory and it was best value for money. The device was ready to use right out of box! Getting office suite for free on this size also was a huge bonus! The screen size is amazing for a portable device. I bought a folio case to go with it and a stylus too. Haven’t tried the stylus yet.

My wife had one of the earlier Kindle's and it had lasted a long time. She saw one of the new ones on display and loved the look and feel of it. We purchased it and she loves it. The bigger screen makes it much easier for use. It is fast and easy to use. She is in love with it!
