Easy to set up and love being able to watch all shows on it! Great price too

I am pleased with Amazon Fire, I have both Apple TVs and this unit. Easy to navigate to find the shows I want to watch and have access to all of the streaming services I would want. It is fast and the picture is great. I am not using it with 4K.

I got this just to upgrade to the 4K version as it has better internals for loading Kodi so it’s faster and easier to use and watch movies

I used this to replace my Nvidia Shield in my living room TV. I loved that Shield but the controllers kept dying on me. I wanted something small with a remote that has all the services and good update support. This seemed to fit the bill. The 4K and HDR features were a nice touch as well. The unit is small, really small. It hand a little awkwardly in the back of the tv HDMI port and requires power to the wall outlet. The remote is very simple, I do wish they put a little more thought into the remote, if it had a volume control it might be perfect. Otherwise, all my favorite TV apps are present, the only oddball is youtube since Amazon and Google don't get along. It uses youtube via the silk or firefox browser in the device. It actually looks like the full app so nothing is lost but it is a little strange. Performance is pretty good and if you don't like typing in passwords with the remote, use the Fire TV app so you can type with your smartphone. Overall it is a good device with a few minor flaws, for the price there is massive value here.

I’ve used all the units out there (Apple TV, Roku, MiBox) and this one by a long shot is the best one out there. Gives a clearer picture when streaming than the built in apps in my Vizio TV. And just to sweeten the deal you get a free trial of SlingTV which is pretty cool. I’d STRONGLY recommend picking this up over any other 4K streaming box available on the market.

This was easy to install and took little time to set up. This stick is compact and a breeze to use. There is a voice control button at the top of the remote so all you have to do is say what you are looking for and it quickly finds it for you. This is a great streaming device for the price!

I am in the process of moving away from satellite service so did a lot of research on what the most effect way to do so would be. I have some friends that have the Fire Stick and have had good success with it. I was especially concerned with the 4K aspect as we just purchased a 4K TV earlier this year and wanted to see what it looked like; everything seems to be working fine. I have connected it to the Amazon dot I have in the area and the voice control works really well. I really like how when you are searching for something it will show all items available from multiple services, Prime, Netflix and others. I don’t know if there is a way to filter it so “pay per view” items do not show up? The only issue is that I can’t figure out the voice commands to play a specific episode of a show from a specific season, I am still learning as I have only had the product for a few days. Overall it was a seamless setup and works with the other items I have in the home that are controlled by Amazon.
