My 1st order wouldn't turn on unless plugged in which is a major issue for a powerbank. I haven't been able to give ut a sustained 100w load to test it yet but I did notice the flashlight doesn't flash S.O.S correctly which is funny. It flashes S.O.S O.S.O S.O.S O.S.O over and over which is pretty funny. Anker has gone down hill a lot in recent years and this is kinda the expectation.

Pull it out the other day and notice the battery is half dead. So I grabbed the charger and plug it in and it won’t recharge and the USB ports will not charge another device. The only thing that worked was the 110 outlet and the flashlight. Tried to discharge hoping that it would reset. Did not help and once the battery depleted it would not recharge. Avoid. There are many reviews like my own. Just google it.

I was able to get a full charge on my laptop and it charges reasonably quickly. Having the regular plug (with a grounding wire) is a great feature that I did not see on other power banks.

I regret not opening and trying this product before the return window expired. Anker does offer a warranty snd has attempted to replace twice but both have failed in the same manner. The product seems to charge but never doesn't. Device does not power on.

It wasn’t used all the time because it was purchased to cover my laptop during travels and power outages. I recently went to use it and it wouldn’t charge anything even though it was charged. I reached out to support who (who they had me send them a video proving it was no longer working) told me that at was out of warranty and they would do nothing (covered up until 18 mo).

I frequently run out of power on my school laptop, but forget a usbc to charge it, but have the normal power cable. With the AC port on this, I can have more life on my laptop.

This battery stopped working after a year or so and for the price I bought during that time, I expected the product to have lasted a lot longer. It is my new go to power bank when I am out or traveling. The quality of this product is premium and durable. It looks great and modern versus other brands which are plastic looking and feels like it would explode in my backpack. This comes with a flashlight built into the power bank when you need some light. My favorite feature of this powerbank is that it comes with an outlet plug where I am able to charge my laptop, my phone, and my tablet all at once. On top of that, there is one more port still available so you are able to charge multiple devices at once. You have multiple options to charge your products where you have USB/Type C/AC outlet. This product has come in clutch many times whether I need to recharge my laptop on the go, or my phone is about to die. It fits perfectly in my backpack and its so portable that you dont even notice the additional weight.
