Looks like a promising well built scooter. I just was unable to ride it because it was badly damaged when it arrived. Badly enough that I could not put it together. But the box wasn’t badly damaged so not sure if damaged in shipping or in some other way. The kick stand was bent badly enough that it would not let the stem attach and the bottom is also dented in several areas. I almost think it was used but the rest was very clean.

The shipping was a bit slow but with that said the scooter was really easy to build they have plenty of technical support YouTube videos if you have any issues I did have one issue with connecting the app but their customer support was fast and help me fix the issue easily. The scooter feels very very well made I haven't got the right on it too much it's charging I just got it last night but I did take it out for a little bit and 19 mph is a lot faster than one would think and I'm about 6'1 240 lb and it was a pretty smooth ride very happy with my purchase.

I had several e-kickscooter before I purchased Anyhill UM-2. And I watched video review before buying this unit. I am pretty convinced about it’s unit modifications in an eKscooter world. To mention a couple is the kickstand and the swappable battery. Unfortunately when it was delivered, it has a visible “scrape” on the connecting stem towards the handle bar. It wasn’t the shipment’s fault but the Quality Assurance staff who continued to ship it to me without any consideration how a customer would feel. I have reached to them and they are pretty much accommadating with my concern. As with the solution, we haven’t settled yet considering the other options to resolved the issue. For now, I’m giving my review for the product 3Stars.

Overall a good scooter Solidly built and sturdy. Goes up hills very well. A bit less range that I had hoped . After 4 months use about 16-17 miles in general use (I weigh 145 lbs)

Nice scooter but kind of disappointed it clearly states 19 mph max speed, but i could only get it to go 16! And i only weigh 175 pounds and this scooter has a max weight capacity of 300 pounds! But it does have a removable battery! But remember if it doesn't get to the max 19mph speed it probably won't reach the stated max range!

Great scooter. Its great because of the 3 different settings based on how advanced you are. Easy set up, great app and the ability to buy an extra battery to extend the fun its a must.

Great scooter ! I use for commuting to and from work . Works as advertised! Removable LG battery makes easy for charging ! Great battery life! Overall great product ! I am 270 pounds and this scooter limit is 300 pounds which is huge plus ! Buy if you want a reliable cruise ! Also has air filled tires which is great for bumps !

A lot of points make Anyhill UM-2 scooter outstanding. Swappable battery is the biggest feature. and it is also easy to fold and carry. UM-2 is durable and retains its value. The battery seems made with LG battery cell. It carrys a powerful 450w motor. A scooter I could trust!

28 miles maximum IS A LIE. After doing research on scooters, I already knew it wouldnt get that high in range. But I wasn't expecting it to be that low. By 5 miles i am down to two bars. HOW? I was expecting at less 10 to 11 miles. But not this low. I brought this scooter to save money for work (5 miles away). And yes it takes me there, with a remaining of two bars. Oh also, The very first bar goes out so quickly. If you are going from home to store, to go no more than 3 miles, You will need that extra three to head back home. smh. I weigh around 245. I brought this because it says it carries 300 lbs. I wonder if that is a lie, because i never went up to 19mph. Before writing this review, I was thinking about areas I wanted to travel to near my house. I don't feel confident in going there on a single charge.

The scooter runs smoothly and works very well, but I received it with a slightly flat back tire and the fold-down locking mechanism not working. I am a large man (220 lbs) and this thing reaches great speed, so if you can deal with these issues, this is a great choice or bigger guys looking for a scooter.

I puchased 2 of these scooters at a Daily Deal price and they are well worth it. The ride is smooth (the air filled tires really do make a difference) and, even though the scooter does not have shocks, it absorbs the potholes extremely well. The build quality is strong and appears very durable. I didn’t think I’d like the fact that you have to move/kick the scooter forward to engage the motor, but it is an awesome safety feature. There are two brake options (electric regenerative and hand brake) that can be used separately or together for more stopping power. And the best part - the batterry is removable! I’ve only bought another pair (different brand) of scooters several years ago and the batteries died within about 2 years with less than moderate use; they are now rendered usless. If you’re on the fence about whether to purchase the Anyhill UM-2 scooter, read and watch all the reviews on the Internet - it is one of the top-rated electric scooters overall and you will not regret it. If another sale or Daily Deal arises, I’d like to purchase two more in the opposite color (white.)

Great Scooter. We have purchased 2 of them now and they are great reliable scooters. Batteries last well and they are very durable and sturdy. The best ones we have ridden.

Does what it says and still works only thing that happen was a tire pop but easy to replace if you have the tools.

excellent scooter, highly recommend. goes pretty fast and was easy to handle. its not too heavy, I rode it to work every day (just 10 minute ride) and i carried it up a flight of stairs easily.

I purchased this scooter for myself as I had bought the UM1 for my son as a gift. It has been worth every dollar as it has provide us with many miles of fun. I also got the extended battery and it has been fun to ride long distances away from home knowing i wont run out. Also i occasionally loose track of time andheadlight has been very helpful for safety as usually scooters do not come with that unless you purchase separately. From the brakes to the bigger size tires help drive smootly especially on areas or paths were it tends to be not so nice. Ive used my kids scooter in the past, the cheap kind and i had end up on the ground because the paths were bad. It has definitely been fun to ride this scooter along my son who has the UM1. Both of us have been bonding while riding them.

I love this e-scooter. The removable battery is so easy to remove and install.

Great running…easy access to battery (250$) for extra or replace…does great with the ANYHILLS I’ve gone over…hahahaha…I get 16 Mph on turbo mode and about 18 miles distance I weight about 220 …take with that as you use…
