Good quality and nice features. I like the LCD front panel, ability to choose sensitivity, can silence alarm and one outlet is controllable by software. Much better than the lower level UPCs I've purchased in the past. Only negative is that there's only 3 outlets for battery backup. Would have expected more for a unit this size.

I love this UPS! It is strong and the other day, when the power went out, my computer was working for 35 minutes, no problem! Before I knew, the power came back on and I did not loose any time at all! Every computer, including laptop, should have one of these UPS's! I also use them on my fancy TV sets not just to protect them from electrical spikes, but my TV works fine, while the power is out!

Love the features on this unit and it looks nice with the digital readout next to the stereo equipment. Only 1 drawback wish there was 1 more outlet that was on the backup.

I have used APC backup products for years. They are reliable and for me have lasted a long time. I already had a similar model to the one that I bought which I am using for my computer. Because I liked the front panel that shows how much time is left for the current load, I bought a second one for the TV satellite receiver and TV so when a storm knocks out the power, I can still see the weather on the TV.

Easy to setup. You can find less expensive models for the same (or more) capacity but I bought this model for APC's name and reputation. Stability and reliability is important to me.

It works as advertised right out of the box. With a 32 tv as a monitor, a high power pc, a 5.1 surround sound, and a router, the battery time before it shuts off is 45 to 50 minutes. It also comes with a program that monitors the UPS status and battery life, condition, and reserve. It looks nice and the battery are reported to last 5 to 7 years. I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

If you have to deal with occasional power outages or surges, you would do well to purchase this item. It provides safety and plenty of time to shut down equipment properly.

Living in South Florida, lightning and electrical storms are a common enemy. I just recently setup a home office for myself with a lot of equipment that needed protection. I needed something that would support a large amount of devices plugged in to the same source and had a good emergency runtime if the power went out. The front-panel display makes it really easy to see the current status of the device.

APC is THE standard for a reason. They make good quality reliable products for reasonable prices. Not the cheapest, but the best value. Got this on the deal of the day and I'm very pleased with it. Configuration of outlets could be better to allow for larger plugs, but overall very pleased with this unit.

this thing works so good it has safed my TV so much from power goes out the TV stays on

I lost my last computer due to a power outage. The power went on and off several times within the space of ten minutes. The coumputer's motherboard was fried and I had to purchase a new CPU. I purchased this battery backup to protect my new computer. I have had a power outage since this purchase and the battery backup worked as it should. The cost is well worth the protection.

This product was received fast and as described. It replaces an older model. Once the battery was charged I pulled the wall plug and it worked fine. No problems.

I started using this product and had zero problems when the power ran out. Let's just say I played a game of league of legends before the router powered off.

I have saved some money for over a year to purchase this UPS, and it is worth the money. It has the capabilities of shuting down my computer after a period of time. Had to download the software from APC website. Works great and with my computer off, i can get up to 288 hours with just router and modem running. I would definatly recommend this product for any business or home use
