Easy to set up and use

I live in the country and the power fluctuates periodically causing my computer to crash. Since getting this product I've been able to continue working when the power has gone off more than once! APC is a trusted brand and this is a fine product.

Great Back-UPS

Since it worked great I decided to buy another APC. The total cost to purchase new batteries from APC for my old unit came out to the same cost as buying a new UPS. This new UPS is a higher wattage unit than my old one and is more energy efficient.

Great Product

Some years ago there was an issue with an APC BBU I had, and when I called APC, they shipped a replacement same day, no charge, they didn't even want the old one back. The issue wasn't even caused by the APC, but it did it's job and sacrificed it's own life to protect my PC.
