When I lived in California I contended with brown outs and power outages. In Colorado it's thunderstorms. Every area of the country has something that requires computer protection. APC is a top brand that can be relied on.

Trusted the APC brand for UPS. My previous model is 8 yrs old and still works.

Just had a power outage last week and the TV stayed on with no power in the house. Really got it to protect my electronics from power spikes. I have the cable box, receiver, sub and TV hooked up to it. No problem. Also a Xbox.

I've used other brands of UPSes other than APC and I typically end up regretting it. The unit is a breeze to get out of the box and setup. They've changed the battery connector so that it's even easier to make the initial connection.

I like knowing exactly how long the battery will last with the load I am putting on it.

Lasting longer than other brand. Bought April 2017.

Unit has good amount of plugs and battery life a lot longer than most.

We have had this APC for several months. It performs as expected.

Works just as my previous APC did. If the power has "issues" the sound and LCD display lets me know, but it doesn't beep for ever, just a nice sound once and than LCD stays lit for few minutes - I like that!

This battery backup is great. The LCD display on the front provides plenty of information. The battery life is great for my computer. (I have a 600W power supply.) It started up right away and was the easiest battery backup I've used.

While this functions like you would expect a UPS to work. The added peace of mind that my electronics are protected is worth it in value. The one thing that could/would make it better is having USB charging ports.

Works great for my gaming rig and peripherals. No complaints

All of my computers are plugged into these UPS units. I own many of them and they all help to prevent electrical damage during power spikes. I would not run a computer without pluggung it into a UPS unit.

UPS has lots of plugs and a nice display. I'm glad it's line-interactive.

this is my second apc battery back up and they are great!

We use these in our Headends to keep signal pumping in case of a power outage. I also use these in my home/office and never wake up late, or with cell phone not charged......a must have if you rely on your electronics! !

Wanted something that would keep my modem, router, server, and security hub active in case of a power outage. I tested it out by unplugging it and it said I would get about 1 hour. That's not too bad.

Purchased after original APC went "boink" after a few years. Only negative: connecting the printer with the Master PC caused more problems, so I turned off the Power Save mode. Three devices using the printer / scanner - if PC wasn't being used, then prints would get lost?

It was exactly what I needed and wasn't complicated to use.

The LCD on this unit is very nice allowing me to see exactly how much power is used by the connected devices and the true effect of sleep modes for my iMac (~3W).
