Got this UPS on sale for under $100. Great UPS at that price level. Does exactly what the specifications say it will do. Can't expect much more than that from a basic battery backup.

Used this product as a battery backup for a business server. Does the job nicely. Have used APC products in the past with no issues.

This is the best ups that I have ever had! It is quiet, low profile protection. I have my whole computer setup on there and it will go for about three hours if the power goes out.

I got this little fella for keeping my router and computer on because we have a lot of power outages in my area. It's proven it's worth multiple times, and keeps my equipment running for about 40 minutes when everything is on. The automatic shutoff features are a little finicky to setup, so I do not use them.

Well designed and packaged. Clearly labeled so it is easy to connect. Physically heavy. Feels like you got something for your money. They had three different sizes in stock. I picked this one because it was at least double what I thought I would ever need I think its a little better to have overkill when it comes to protecting your equipment. I had a similar one from the same manufacturer before this. It lasted about 8 years. I'm very satisfied.

This excellent UPS power supply will keep my computer and other peripherals operational for an extended time during a power failure. The front panel display features tell you the instantaneous usage and remaining time before it will shutdown. It has a USB interface for connecting to the pc. You can view detailed information plus do diagnostic test. It saved my work many times during electrical outages.

We have an office full of 20+ of these UPS's. They work well with 2 Monitors, CPU, etc., and will give a charge of 30+ minutes before dying. If you live anywhere where lightning is a possiblity, I'd recommend APC. The software does have issues with certain Dell computers but the UPS work as expected.

I use this unit to backup about 70% of my HT system. The rest, on different outlets, is on a smaller unit from another manufacturer. This UPS has already had 3 tests from thunderstorms knocking out power for a few minutes. Everything stayed up, and the front display was easy to read, even from a distance. Nice unit. Install the battery pack, plug it in, connect your gear, and you're done.

This is a work necessarity! I was working on a project when a blackout occurred! Save my butt cuz the computer remained on and I didn't lose my project info. Phew!

My first APC -Back-UPS lasted over 10 years, with the display on this model it is easy to check the status of the battery.

This was my last purchase to complete my workstation and it is amazing. Just moved into a new house and I knew I needed something that would let me properly shutdown my computer in case of power outage. So far so good there has been 1 outage in the area and this thing kicked in as stated. Finished saving all my work and no worries of losing any data. Be careful it is HEAVY!

The setup without PowerChute is easy, the display is nice and there are plenty of connections in the back. I opted to create an account, register etc. to get the PowerChute software and was disappointed with its very basic functionality. A txt or Email alert would be a very handy feature.

I cannot count how many APC UPS units I've purchased for my company over the years. These are solid, reliable units. You absolutely cannot go wrong with them

So far no issue, helped protect my equipment against power outage and spike during heavy thunder and lightening storm. Does what a UPS was designed to do.

Solid back-UPS for modem and digital home phone system. My DPS is as reliable as my previous landline phone setup

I've had another one of these going for some time and needed an additional backup, so it was a no-brainer. Clean/professional looking and works wonderfully.

My last APC died , I have used APC for a lot of years.,even at work before retiring. So I purchased the NS-1080 since I do not need a larger on.

It works great! This is my third one from the APC line. I have a custom built desktop with two giant monitors, and a home recording studio. Very happy

This unit was recommended by the Apple consultant at the Best Buy store. Sure enough, it was easy to install - a "plug and go", as they call it.

Got this for my home entertainment system because the old one just couldn't hack it any more. Like the upright configuration and front display panel.
