I have two, one for home office and one for entertainment center. It is easy to install and works really well. I chose over others due to there being four powered outlets instead of three on other brands.

This does what it says it does. It's expensive. But it is cheaper than losing that document you were working on the last five hours while watching Dancing With The Stars and eating Cheetos.

I am an I.T. Administrator and if I'm not saying "BACKUPS" I'm saying "Battery Backups". Anyone that works on documents will fail to save their work when the power goes out... just that alone it is worth it. I personally love the protection of brown outs and surges against my equipment. It's an affordable unit that looks nice. Buy it... you won't regret it.

I have purchased APC backups for many years because you can set it and forget it. The older units did not have a way to mute the "beep" alarm so I installed a switch in each one for when power went off at 2AM. The newer units have this feature. I find that the on-battery times vary from what the specs suggest but I always have enough time to shut down my computers before the batteries drain. Over the years I have purchased APC's for computers and TV and small appliances. I hate resetting digital clocks. Three APC's that I have around the house have given service for over 10 years. Every few years I do a load test on each unit and I usually change a battery before the suggested lifespan, the same as I do in my car. A replacement battery is not expensive and takes minutes to exchange. I did find that if I didnt need a unit for a while and put it in the closet as a backup that you have to remove the battery. Leaving the battery in the unit will cause it to corrode and burst the same as the battery you leave in a flashlight. I would recommend APC to anyone looking for a dependable external power device.

I had a previous APC back system and it worked great! It lasted about 7 years and I never had a problem, hopefully this new one will last also. I think the feature that keeps the power from fluctuating was a HUGE factor in my old computer being so reliable

I have been relying on APC UPS units for so long that I forgot when I bought the 1st one. This one one works perfectly for my system.

Easy to set up. Great insurance for those times when the electricity goes out unexpectedly.

I have used this model previously and still find it to be the best bang for the buck UPS. Features and performance are excellent.

We had a catastrophic failure in one of our UPS that caused our NAS to randomly shut down and our primary firewall to crash, and we purchased this one. It has worked flawlessly in suboptimal conditions (excessive heat and dust) for the last 2 months. Voltages are staying stable, and it has handled the couple of minor outages with no problems

This model is simple and easy to use. The digital voltage readout is helpful in knowing exactly what type of power you are dealing with and that the unit is functioning. I have had generally excellent results with APC items. Placing the order on Best Buy's website was easy and efficient; shipping was fast and accurate.

Great battery for keeping my server - internet connection and router up 24/7/365. I'd buy another - anytime I need one of these.

Just what the doctor ordered......a great uninterrupted power supply (UPS). After my Dell XPS $1,200 was fried by the power company (I had two surge protectors) and after paying my insurance company 500 bucks for the deductible, which has now went up to 1K I thought it was high time to stop the sorry power we have where we live and purchase this great APC UPS. It has already saved me from two blackouts (5 seconds each) and three brownouts (2 seconds each). The unit kicks on right on time and the software gives me tons of info on the times, dates and duration of these power failures. It was a no brainer for me to spend the $150.00 to protect my new XPS and glad I did. I leave my computer on at all times mostly to do the scans, defrags, etc., at night so during the daytime I can get busy with work and not be slowed down by a bunch of programs running or from our sorry power supply in this area. My advice? Go get one now if you have inadequate power coming into your residence. Haven't had any problems and the instructions are top notch which normally indicates the company customer service is very good also. As It looks I may never have to call them as this APC UPS is the best I've seen for a home system.

I needed a UPS device that was vertical, lasted a long time, I could turn the alarm off and one that I could adjust the sensitivity. We often have to use our backup generator, our older UPS device would chatter on and off while on it, this one doesn't. We've already had to use it six times, works great.

This product was easy to install, right out of the box. I am currently using but have not had an electrical outage yet.

Have this for a new Samsung 60 inch TV and all the peripherals, works great. Hope battery can be replaced when necessary

I use this to power a desktop and my home network gear. It's nice and slim and fits on the self with everything else.

It met my needs and was easy to set up. It took a matter of a few minutes to have it up and running.
