This replaces the original 12W adapter that came with our iPad Pro. The older eventually began to run hot. It’s a fast, convenient and smooth adapter and gets the job done fast and well!

When you one and only Apple compatible adapter is downstairs and you need a new one, this is a great addition to your phone set. It's easy to install and and has made it easy to have charging stations throughout the house. I purchased it with a cord to complete the set up. I know have charging stations in three rooms in my home - the bedroom, the office, and the living room - thanks to these devices.

This is a very good standard charger. Only complaint about it is that its balanced in a way that it doesn't stay plugged in on air planes when other power adapters do ( it falls out due to its weight and design) but that's probably more a fault on the air plane design than the plug itself

Ironically I found out that this adapter gives the perfect charge ratio to an iPhone. The 5 watt adapter doesn't therefore the longer charging period. Some people need fast-charging adapters and they serve a purpose. I, however, choose to keep one of both to handle whatever situation I come across. It's a little bulky but that's not a factor for me.

very convenient and works very well. I only had one charger and I needed a second when I was flying back and forth between Fl. and NY. I had to leave one charger at the Florida Address and desperately needed a second. This was absolutely perfect.

[Employee of bestbuy] I wanted this one as a bought an ipad grandparents overseas rather them use travel adapters or have to go to a store there and try to find one as senoris it was easier to get this becasue this adapter has the prong peice that comes off and i can just switch the prong peice with the new zeland prong from the apple travel adapter and its just easier and if your a freqent traveler apples power brick with that capabilty are worth it. Howevrer if you wanna save money best buy and aamzon and even local dollar stores have cheaper ones

Purchased for my iPad Pro. Needed something that’s original so this was the place I look at. Works great charging works good . I would definitely recommend buying this .

Works great as replacement for older ipad. Version 7 that still has USB/lighting connector cable. This is powerful enough to fast charge at 20 watts. Still lame doesn't come with new cord.

Even though the adapter size is bit big compared to the basic one, but the charging power is 2 times greater than it. With other adapters, if it takes 1 hour to charge the phone then with this adapter it will take 30-45 mins.
