Went from the M2 12.9 iPad Pro to this one because my Apple Care ran out on the Pro, and I am so glad they finally made the Air in a 12.9" size, besides the touch button to sign on (instead of the Pro's face ID it uses), it is awesome! I just like a bigger screen, and that is the ONLY reason I spent the money on the Pro in the 1st place; the 12.9 Air is the one to get, save your money, and get the Air, you won't be sorry.

Best Buy employees were amazing in helping me decide which device was right for me. I would recommend purchasing through Best Buy. The iPad has great battery life, the display is amazing even better than my tv and I would 100% recommend upgrading to the larger storage space.

This IPad is an update for me from a 3rd generation IPad Pro. It is slightly larger than the previous and the screen is very crisp. I got the keyboard as well, which has a mousepad that I did not previously have. The mousepad seems redundant when the screen is touch sensitive. Overall very pleased with the upgrade. [The main reason for the upgrade was that the letters on the keys were wearing away and I could not get a new keyboard for that model, at least at Best Buy].

Was torn between keeping to the same 11-inch size but opted for the 13-inch, was glad I did as the extra screen space allows for some of the apps I use to fit properly unlike the 11-inch. The M2 processor feels snappy and battery life has been great so far!

I upgraded from the 4th generation iPad Air because I only had 64gb. So I jumped at the chance for a bigger screen and more space. I love my new iPad. I adjusted to the 13inch really quickly. Go ahead…go big or go home. Plus the new M2 chip makes it soooo fast. Love it.

My old iPad was slowing down and had planned to buy a new one this year. Glad I waited to get the 13 inch IPad Air. My eyesight is not as good for reading and this is so much better for reading and streaming. It is very fast. The blue is a nice color and I got the blue case which works great.

Love this iPad Air. Screen size awesome don’t need to wear my cheaters when reading my emails.

I replaced my dying MacBook Air with this iPad Air along with a Magic Keyboard. While I am still getting used to some differences, I am pleased with the performance and the abilities of the iPad. And I love the bonus of now having a touch screen for some editing and other projects.

I’m a big fan of iPad Air, having owned each version since the 4th generation released. It is the perfect version of the iPad. The iPad Pro has a few nice features, such as Face ID, larger hard drives (the 4th gen only came with 64 or 256GB ssd versions), but the air always provided the best value. The new iPad Air 13 inch is a better iPad. The larger screen is my favorite upgrade. Having a writing space the size of a sheet of paper and a screen the size of a 13 inch MacBook makes the new air even better. Being able to use the new Apple Pencil pro and reuse the old keyboard seems like a compromise that I am fine with. The lower cost of the 13 inch Air maximizes the value. The colors are a bit washed out, but my blue stands out against the space gray and silver IPad pros.

The purchase of the IPad was great. The guy that helped was very informative. However, what we were told on the phone as to what her trade in was and what we received were two different figures. We got almost half what they promised over the phone. The price was good and made up for the difference from the Apple Store.

Excellent iPad! I think the best one I’ve ever had. Fast and large screen.

So far good battery life and like the 13 inch screen.

Great big screen and it’s fast my only issue has been it is so big that I can’t reach the buttons while still holding onto the iPad, when the buttons appear in center of the screen as I could on my previous iPad, which was much smaller.
