I purchased an open-box 13-inch iPad Air from Best Buy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The iPad arrived in excellent, like-new condition—no scratches, no dents, and everything functioned perfectly right out of the box. If I hadn’t known it was open-box, I would have assumed it was brand new. The 13-inch display is stunning—bright, crisp, and perfect for productivity, streaming, and multitasking. The iPad Air itself is incredibly fast and smooth, handling everything from work tasks to entertainment effortlessly. Battery life has also been outstanding, easily lasting through a full day of use. Best of all, I saved a significant amount of money by going open-box while still getting premium quality and performance. Best Buy clearly does a great job inspecting and certifying their open-box items. I would absolutely recommend buying open-box from Best Buy, especially for a high-end device like the iPad Air. Incredible value, flawless condition, and a great buying experience overall.

Excellent product and has a lot of nice features!!

I’ve been using the new 13-inch iPad Air for about a month now, and I have to say—I’m really impressed. I upgraded from an older iPad Pro 11 inch, and I was curious if this “Air” model could meet my needs for both work and play. It definitely does. What I love the most is the large 13 inch screen and the crystal clear images it displays. The 13-inch display gives me so much more room to draw, take notes, and multitask.

It works great and very easy to get set up. The clarity was so awesome. Best Ever.

ipad works great !! It replaced an older IPad Pro Gen 2. I notice the processing speed difference. It’s also marginally smaller than the Gen 2, even thought the viewing area is a little larger. Quick delivery from Best Buy. Would definitely buy here again !!

The 13-inch iPad Air is like having a lightweight laptop and a digital notebook in one. Its large screen is perfect for taking notes, reading textbooks, and splitting the screen between apps for multitasking. The display is sharp and colorful, though it’s not as smooth as the iPad Pro’s faster screen.

Nice, upgraded from an old iPad with an 8" screen to this new iPad Air M3 chip, with the 13" screen. Much Faster processor and has an awesome video clarity. Sound has been improved as well. My old iPad had reached the end of its life and could not be repaired due to main circuit board failure after 7 constant years use.

Bought this for digital drawing and it works beautifully so far. Not too hard to navigate and the screen is precisely sensitive to my pen's touch. The battery life has a nice span and lasts for days if it's simply put in sleep mode. When in constant use it last basically all day. A good buy.

I bought this for my daughter for her business. She had a macbook, but decided she wanted an ipad instead. She loves the ease of use, the size and the ability to take it everywhere she goes. This was a great buy for her, she uses it for planning and creating images.
