Very satisfied with this purchase. I was replacing a 2011 model that was still working fine, except could not get latest updates anymore (moved to workshop), with this one. Surprised to find it arrived better equipped than advertised with max RAM installed. Condition is like new. Screen is perfect and quiet as a can be. A very solid acquisition. Accepts latest updates and running Sequoia 15.5 perfectly.

So i was wanting an M1 or M2 but the fact that this model can still be updated with Mac OS 15 and RAM!! Makes it so awesome!! So clean, and for what i need it for its perfect!! I was thinking about trying it and maybe turing it back in and upgrading but 27” is perfect. Ill upgrade when and if the 30”-32” imac pro comes out at the end of this year or early next year.. that will be worth the upgrade. But all in all im super happy i bought this imac! Love it movies look great, my twitch stream look amazing too!! Next step is adding RAM and then learning how to edit my streams from this bad boy..

I purchased an Apple Certified Refurbished 27" 5 k-intel core i53.OGHz-8GB Memory-1TB Fusion Drive + 32GB ssd (2019) Silver. Was a little concerned about it being a refurbish Computer. But having used it for quite sometime it works like it was brand new. This is my 3rd mac computer and I think it works better and faster then the other new ones I had in the past. Apple computers are the best product on the market. Could not be more happy than I am with this product bought at Best Buy.

I was a little afraid to purchase, because it’s refurbished and was afraid it might have a noticeable blemish, but to my surprise, it looks as good as new! I love how big the screen view is compared to most, there is a small frame around the screen-so beautiful. Everything works perfectly. I already have a wireless Magic Mouse and a wireless keyboard, so I’m not using the generic accessories it came with. The computer booted up perfectly, I was able to log into my cloud and transfer everything quickly and effortlessly. Within a few minutes, I was able to start using my computer and logging into my design apps. My printer also synced up without any effort. I love that I don’t have any wires and plug hanging on the back of my desk and I don’t have a huge unit next to my feet anymore. I will recommend this item to my friends and family.

What can I say, it's a big screen all in one desktop with a super clear screen. Sure it's refurbished but that's why you're here, it's so far been a good, fast, and easy computer, to be honest this is my first mac in 20 years and it took me a while to get used to the functions and everything, but it's still pretty easy to figure out. If you're considering it, don't think about it, buy it, try it, and see if you like it.

So far the computer is great fast, easy to use. Works best with a wire less keyboard. Some case sensitivity. Great value and overall I’m happy with this purchase

This was a steal ! Super price for what I would like to say is a super computer haha. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a still up to date computer for a great price. This is a must buy when it comes to affordability and reliability

We just transferred data from our 10 year old Mac to this one and it was super easy. Everything runs great and the screen is super nice.

I bought my intel 27-inch iMac in November 2023 and haven’t had any trouble with it. I wanted an intel mac so I can use some of my programs from my old Mac which was a Mac Pro (mid 2012) which could not go further than Mac OS Mojave. When I got it was in excellent condition no scratches or anything bad. It works great and I plan to use it until Apple stops supporting intel. Plus, BestBuy is down the street. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Mac.

Excellent machine. Great computer, phone as described. It was Apple refurbished, but did not come with Apple keyboard or mouse. I had to return it just because of that otherwise that's another $200.

Overall, I like it...however, I had a wireless keyboard and mouse with my old IMAC which was preferable...I am hoping this works out...
