I recently purchased a refurbished iPad Air (2022) from Best Buy, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the device. It arrived in good condition, albeit without the original packaging. There are a few minor scratches on the display, but they aren't very noticeable once the screen is on. One downside is that the iPad's battery health is at 86%, which is lower than expected for a refurbished device. Additionally, it came with iPadOS 18 installed, which is known to have battery drain issues. After tweaking some settings, I managed to achieve a reasonable battery life for a day's use. I also purchased an Apple Pencil (2nd generation) to use with the iPad. While I'm still learning how to utilize it effectively, I tried drawing with it a couple of days ago and found the experience quite smooth. There's minimal delay, and the drawing feels natural, almost like using a pen on paper. However, I'm still getting the hang of pressure sensitivity to control line thickness. Overall, the iPad Air offers excellent performance and value, especially for creative tasks. Despite some minor issues, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others. Chat

Product came as described. There were no damages to the iPad. And it still currently works and functions fine, even after a month of ownership. Only downside is the charging head it came with wasn’t the correct type. They gave me a usb one when this iPad uses a usb-c. Another thing is the battery dies a little quickly. It’s not the worst but still inconvenient sometimes. That’s only to be expected from a refurbished item. I can’t check battery health though. Overall, this iPad was worth the amount I spent on it which was only about $400.

I love this iPad. I had an iPad Pro 12.9 and it was so heavy. This one is much lighter, amazing color, and does everything my old one did only faster. Perfect in every way!!

This is huge step up from the ipad 10th Generation. The 10th gen is a fine machine, but the Air M3 has triple the speed and screen resolution. If I had a kid in school they would get the 10th gen, but an adult professional should have the Air without a doubt.

Great second iPad. I mainly use it in the house which it makes an excellent apple tv / media center device. By connecting a usb-c to a HDMI cable it works great on my 4K tv. Plus its makes a great as a on the road device where wifi is aviable.

It has a few small scratches, but almost like new!

I waited 5 days just to recieve the WRONG ITEM. I was sent a 64GB iPad Air when I ordered a 256GB!! Plus, best buy support just tells me all agents are busy, and theyre doing it on purpose! Never buy this!

I really like the iPad overall! Unfortunately, my Touch ID isn’t able to be set up, so I’ll have to go to the Apple Store to get it looked at. It’s not the largest problem, but it does make it harder to secure the iPad. It also came with a few scratches on the screen, but I'm able to conceal them with my paper like screen protector. Overall, I enjoyed being able to give an old device a new home. If you are interested in buying, don’t expect a “like new” device!

I really liked it, it's in very good, clear condition for being reconditioned. I loved it, it works 100%. I didn't trust buying things like that, but this purchase has been one of the best.

When I first read the reviews I was scared to purchase this iPad, but it's actually pretty good. There were no cracks or dents. The battery is great; it charges fast and dies slow. It lasts a full day of classes and it is great for playing Roblox. I was also surprised to learn that it has Apple intelligence which I don't really use but it's still nice to have.

This was a birthday gift that did not disappoint. My daughter had a iPad mini that she loved however she found it to be too small. Being able to to trade that in and up grade to a larger iPad was very effortless with Best Buy I recommend their customer service in person and online I utilized both to get my needs at the time completed.

Feels like a giant I-phone. Having trouble getting my iTunes to load to my iPad. Online instructions are talking about parameters that don’t exist.

Got this iPad for college and has been doing good, definitely run a battery script to see how many battery cycles it has, as well as max charge, mines came at exactly 80% battery health. Even then battery does hold up good, but if you need the best battery possible buy new. Over all good though, also considering getting a matte/paper like screen protector cause light and smudges

for a used product it works well. I didn't expect the dents and scratches but it doesn't affect the product working properly.

Overall good value. Everything has been in great condition except the battery doesn't hold a charge very long while in use but will sit in stand by for days at a time on a single charge.

The iPad is fast, lightweight, and perfect for streaming, reading, and work tasks. The display is sharp and smooth, and overall performance is excellent. The only downside is the battery drains a little quicker than I expected, but it still lasts through most of the day.

I recently got an ipad for a good bud of mine. He's an artist he always drew, painted, sculpted projects. So as a birthday gift and i thought this device would be perfect with him. Its pretty neat seeing him make artwork on it. It is nice knowing that i got a pretty good score on it too. To be honest i was thinking it keeping it myself since it was pretty good haha.

Came in perfect condition, I would've believed it was brand new, for a great price
