    The iPad arrived with scratch on screen crammed under a thin sheet of plastic with no screen protection in a cardboard box. Best buy should use two dollars to protect a 1500 retail product. Battery had 80 cycles and some substance in around the thunderbolt port. For about 500 off retail I can see the appeal if your willing to have these conditions. A matte protector may have worked to hide the scratches.

    I bought it as a geek and was worried, but when I received the equipment I realized how perfect it was, exactly as advertised. The equipment with the keyboard is much easier to use than my old laptop or desktop that I no longer use after this purchase.

    iPad had deep scratches all over the screen and locked to a cellular plan still. Condition was not good at all.
