Love my new macbook air! Refurbished but works new! Im using it for school in August and i use it for small things here and there! Looks new and works great. Battery life does die a bit quickly but i turn it off to perserve the battery, im okay with it.

Very happy with my purchase. It came in quickly and was exactly as described. I had purchased this MacBook for the ease of photo editing as I already had an iPad also purchased from Best Buy about two years prior. Best Buy has always come through for me whether I was purchasing new, refurbished, or open box. 10/10 Experience Would purchase again & would recommend

I bought a MacBook i5 512GB and they sent me an i3 216GB. Brothers, check your products. The product was used and they did not tell me about this.

The computer works but has shown some signs that it may not last too long.

My purchase of my Apple MacBook AIr 13.3" laptop was an extremely smooth and easy transaction with Best Buy. I wanted to replace an older MacBook that's battery kept going out. I am very pleased with the condition and battery of my new MacBook Air. It is nice and lightweight.

Very disappointing by BestBuy, I didn’t know the BestBuy has lost his value that bad, purchased a Certified Refurbished MacBook Air 13.3” And it made my kid very disappointed seeing the condition of the unit after opening the box excitedly. I understand refurbished items has some wear and tear but item I received is in trashy condition, and shouldn’t be sell as refurbished specially on BestBuy’s platform. Returning it sadly.

This is perfect for my needs. Small enough to take on trips.

I needed a new laptop for work, and this refurbished MacBook Air was the perfect fit. It’s fast plus has ample storage and a decent battery life. I mostly use Chrome vs. desktop apps and have had no issues. It’s great for those looking for a reliable computer that won’t cost them an arm and a leg!

Good computer overall. But the storage is 256 GB, not 512 GB as advertised. Online support did not help with replacement

The computer came in great shape. The set up was very easy. I have used it for weeks and it is very good. I have many Zoom meetings and use many screens. It is quick. It is small but I wanted that so it was easy to put in my bag and go.

It's not bad, just kinda outdated and not really good if you want to edit photos/videos. But for general use it's good to go

The day after we got this laptop, we noticed that it was almost always hot to the touch, and its fan was blowing hard. It turns out that on Apple’s support forums, this model is known for this behavior. Having owned only Apple computers since 1989, I was shocked, because no other computer I’ve owned has run so hot for so much of the day and night.

I recently purchased a pre-owned iMac Book online from Best Buy. It has been a couple of months since I purchased it at this time. I have never had any issues at all! Best Buy was great and made it so easy to decide which laptop was best for me.

Absolutely love it, works great for my school work. Its lightweight and easy to carry.

The computer arrived relatively timely and works. That being said, it's a bit clunky and slow. I don't do anything particularly special (email, office applications, occasional EMR use for hospital work). I have an MacBook Air, which I bought new, and is similar age to the refurbed one I bought, and my OG one is superior to the refurbed one I got from best buy. So it works, but it's not stellar.

Shipping was fast and Macbook is in good condition. Battery life is horrible but overall good so far.

Was ready for pick up earlier than expected and I absolutely love it. It looks completely new, fresh out of the box. It’s running smoothly and I am so happy with my purchase.
