Physically in great condition. Would be great for basic needs. Battery life moderate. I produce music. Down graded to air with M1 chip. M2 better. Giving used car vibes now. Or maybe it just best for basic needs.

Love my new macbook air! Refurbished but works new! Im using it for school in August and i use it for small things here and there! Looks new and works great. Battery life does die a bit quickly but i turn it off to perserve the battery, im okay with it.

Very happy with my purchase. It came in quickly and was exactly as described. I had purchased this MacBook for the ease of photo editing as I already had an iPad also purchased from Best Buy about two years prior. My purchase of my Apple MacBook AIr 13.3" laptop was an extremely smooth and easy transaction with Best Buy. I wanted to replace an older MacBook that's battery kept going out. I am very pleased with the condition and battery of my new MacBook Air. It is nice and lightweight.

I bought a MacBook i5 512GB and they sent me an i3 216GB. Brothers, check your products. The product was used and they did not tell me about this.

I needed a new laptop for work, and this refurbished MacBook Air was the perfect fit. It’s fast plus has ample storage and a decent battery life. I mostly use Chrome vs. desktop apps and have had no issues. It’s great for those looking for a reliable computer that won’t cost them an arm and a leg!

This is perfect for my needs. Small enough to take on trips.

Very disappointing by BestBuy, I didn’t know the BestBuy has lost his value that bad, purchased a Certified Refurbished MacBook Air 13.3” And it made my kid very disappointed seeing the condition of the unit after opening the box excitedly. I understand refurbished items has some wear and tear but item I received is in trashy condition, and shouldn’t be sell as refurbished specially on BestBuy’s platform. Returning it sadly.

Good computer overall. But the storage is 256 GB, not 512 GB as advertised. Online support did not help with replacement

Fantastic value and in mint condition. Computer is exactly what we were looking for as far as size, speed and functionality.

The mac came in pretty good condition. There was a little chip on the corner and one of the charging ports doesn’t “click” in with the charger, but otherwise it’s great! Battery lasts for about 4-5 hours if I’m doing homework and listening to Spotify all at once. Sometimes it gets a bit hot if I have too many programs open, face timing, and/or while I try to work in bed, but otherwise it seems to do well ever where else. Honestly, this was the best purchase I made this year, but take this from a guy whose previous laptop had parts taped together and was over 10 years old. All in all, it’s pretty sweet for broke college students like me.

The computer came in great shape. The set up was very easy. I have used it for weeks and it is very good. I have many Zoom meetings and use many screens. It is quick. It is small but I wanted that so it was easy to put in my bag and go.

Fabulous product!!! It is amazing and works as if it’s brand new. This computer is very easy and user friendly. It was a gift for a high school student.

I recently purchased a pre-owned iMac Book online from Best Buy. It has been a couple of months since I purchased it at this time. I have never had any issues at all! Best Buy was great and made it so easy to decide which laptop was best for me.

Got this one as a gift to my sister. My Mac is a refurbished one and she kept borrowing it so I got her her own refurbished Mac. So far so good she’s excited and will last her all through college.

Worked so good and didn’t had any issues at all. Used it for a long time
