    Excellent product, the battery and the overall condition was near brand new. But unfortunately, I ran into some issues. Before purchasing, I was told I could get insurance for it, but when it came time to arrange it, I found out that wasn’t possible. As a result, I had to return it. It was a letdown, especially considering how much I was looking forward to it.

    Exccellent equipment, they just sent the wrong charger, and had to go in twice to get the correct one. Could go better in customer support, since I was out of the country and needed a reimbursement or a gift card to replace the spend in my country and they said no since it was a refurbished. But finally I got the correct adapter and charger

    DONT EVER PURCHASE MACBOOKS AT EBAY, facebook, or Woot. DONT MAKE THE same MISTAKE I DID WHEN I ORDERED macbooks FROM 2 VERY HIGH RANKING merchants WITH OVER 4.7 star 100K REVIEWS on ebay . when buying from geek squad or used frrom BESTBUY . try to buy mutiple macbooks at once and ALWAYS check the battery cycle, inspect the screen for any discolored or dead spots. most white screen youtube videos will give u a false discoloration. watch 8k videos of like city places with beaches to inspect screen. after buying so many macbooks from the BB, so many looks new with very low battery cycles such as 20-50 and with no scratches. its a hit and a mess. yes, lots have the 3rd party charger . . bestbuy allowed me to return through ups or in store. simple process . they will inspect product, serial number to ensure its the same device. process is done in less then 3-5 minutes . fyi. ALL 16 INCH 2019 MACBOOKS battery Drains WITHIN 3 HOURS AND OVERHEAT to the MAX. ITS NOT BESTBUY. ITS APPLE . even when the screen is off ^.
