I recently upgraded to the Apple Watch, and I'm seriously impressed! It's a fantastic device for everyday use, whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a busy professional, or just someone who loves to stay connected. I find it hard to align this watch with my iPhone. Instead of aligning it with my phone, I set it up manually and I got it to work. So far, I am happy with this watch. Will upgrade Apple Watch 9 series later. Other than that, I enjoying this watch.

I feel comfortable with my Apple Watch, it reminds me of things I forget, the only thing is the battery runs out in a day.

Came late. However, the watch worked wonderfully. Upgraded watch and then learned you have to upgrade your phone to at least an iPhone 11. Watch came with large and small band as well as charger. No charging box.

Scratches not looks like new it looks used so hard

On the recommendation of a Geek Squad employee, I ordered a refurbished watch instead of paying to replace the battery in the one I currently own. What arrived was a poor condition (barely) watch. The watch was full of scratches and it, the band, and the charger were filthy. Upon return to store, I was told that it’s “hit or miss” on quality and that Apple only looks to see if it works and then it’s sold. No mention of any testing or cleaning on behalf of Geek Squad. I never even turned it on to see if it worked - so disappointing. The fact that the store didn’t even seem surprised at the condition is really the worst part. They should be embarrassed to sell something like this as certified refurbished.

Watch face was scratched all over and was filthy. Looks like someone just took it off after wearing it for months straight.

It js scratched very bad and its dirty dust it everywhere and its just not worth the money buying

I was skeptical since it was pretty cheap even for a refurbished item. But it's in better condition than I was expecting. I'm making this review the same day I got the product. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed it was missing the 5W adapter, but that was solved quickly by going to a store and asking staff about it. They gave me a power adapter and problem solved. I'm not sure about other problems yet, but so far the only wear and tear I see is there are a few small scratches at the bottom of the screen, and the battery capacity is 89%. Much better than I was expecting! Worth it!

The watch works fine and came in a timely manner. Watch screen and body had a few scuffs and scratches on them. Also battery is only working at 80% capacity - expected a new battery to be placed inside while being refurbished. The 4 free months of apple fitness will only load as 3 free months despite the fact I have never used it. When going to complete the sign up it says 1 month free trial and 2 months paid, totaling to 3 months.

Great watch overall my teen loves it. The only bad part is it dies a tad bit faster than my watch. If she’s working out it lasts until about 6.

well i’ve had this watch since april 20th of this year and it worked fine for the first 2 weeks i would estimated. the first thing i noticed was that the battery would drain super fast. like at the end of the work day @5pm , it would be on 9-10%. but my sister’s watch (not purchased from here) would be on 50%. second thing i noticed was while i was at work one day it just vibrated and blacked out , i could not get it to turn on for a few minutes. when i finally got it turned on the battery percentage was much lower than it was before it blacked out. i thought about returning it multiple times , but when i finally did the return window was closed. so i guess i have to deal until i upgrade soon from somewhere else.

I love this watch! I have had the Series 3 since its release and this was my upgrade.

Works great had for a good time now and still works

Apple Watch fits perfectly around my wrist I use it to workout track my heartbeat sometimes and even sleeping to keep track of how many hours I get a night.

This watch was purchased refurbed but looked brand new. Works perfectly. Best Buy and the Geek Squad hit a home run on this one. Thanks David

Battery doesn't last as long as anticipated, however with it being refurbished I knew it wouldn't be brand new. Love the color and love it so far, big upgrade from my previous apple watch.
