apple iphone 12 pro max graphite 128gb Late 2021 , a 256/512gb model out of stock issue may force a purchase of the 128gb device,however this is definitely an elegant design and color, hoping the performance measures up

Upgraded from iPhone XS max and definitely can say it was the best chose. Bought the phone for the amazing quality of the camera. Never loved taking pictures on my phone as I do now.

Mostly upgraded for the improved camera and extra storage. However, turns out 5G is really impressive, even in these early stages. The Sprint/T-Mobile coverage is decent. It’s fast and works in areas where LTE suffered. iPhone 12 pro max is also the best looking phone Apple has ever produced. Even the gold one.

While I have a bit of a learning curve, moving from an iPhone 7Plus to an iPhone 12 Pro Max, with the loss of the home button and addition of Facial Recognition and a camera tool set that just appears incredible... I have been using my new phone just shy of a 1 month and have found my phone to be faster, more efficient, lots of storage, and incredible picture quality with just its most basic use. The Trade-In Program is the only reason I'd consider giving this less then a stellar review. I am unsure where the break in communication lies, but while I received my new phone and no instructions for how to complete the Trade-In process. No physical instructions in my package and no email communications, though I explicitly looked for both. I waited 1.5 weeks for more information and provided some other survey feedback with no responses. Given the Thanksgiving holiday, I called the day before and spoke with Rep, Demar, who kicked off the process of requesting a trade in thru the system. Neither of us were sure why this wasn't completed and no instructions had been provided to me. He expected I'd have my return envelope and label by the following Monday. I received an auto-email explaining next steps for the Trade-In and prepared my phone for that receipt of that return envelope and label; and I decided to wait the full 7 days before inquiring again about this return package I was told I'd received. I found myself frustrated with the whole process... not the representatives, they did great, but I learned more about the Third Party Trade-In Partners and found ourselves (both myself and the Reps) on hold waiting for someone to answer, only to be turned away by an automated voice noting call volumes were too high and to try again another time. I had already inquired directly with them 2 times via their Questions website, to no avail and clearly they were not reading their emails regarding our concerns. Today, I've finally received my trade in package... given I activated nearly a month ago, the Sprint Reps assured me my Trade-In promotion would be honored, event though receipt of my old phone has exceeded the time it should be received by the Trade-In Program's Warehouse for assessment. I have low confidence in the Trade-In Program's company, but am very appreciative to Sprint for their continued assistance and notation in my account to ensure I'm not penalized for the 3rd party's lack of return packaging in a timely manner.

Best iPhone ever! I went from the iPhone 11 Pro max to the 12 Pro Max. I love the larger display which is great for my declining eyesight. The camera is very impressive. Picture are incredible especially at night. The battery life is far better than the older iPhone versions which is a great plus. I feel the phone is faster and more responsive. The zoom is better with less distortion and crisper pictures. Getting my phone at Best Buy was a pleasure compared to the Apple store and carrier stores. Bottom line, I will be keeping this phone for a very long time and love it.

Quality product; but, pricy. Didn't like the fact that I had to buy monthly in order to get a trade in; also, was forced to purchase the insurance.

I've been an Android user for sooo many years and hesitated a change. However, I love my iPad so took the plunge. Very happy to say that although the iOS was an adjustment (thank goodness for Google searching), I love this phone! I highly recommend the larger screen of the Pro Max (easier on older eyes LOL) but even my 20 something son who bought the Pro thinks he'll get the MAX for his next upgrade. The ability of the phone to securely store my passwords makes logging into websites/apps so easy and face recognition is sooo convenient. Our family has a subscription to Apple + so plenty of storage (compartmentalized by user) and access to Apple TV content (Ted Lasso anyone?).

Love this phone coming from the iPhone 12 and going to the 12 pro max lager screen took a little bit to get used to it and amazing camera quality amazing to watch movies on the go with very good battery life

I went for an iPhone 8 to this 12 Pro Max. The 5 G is in a lot more places (Sprint/T-mobile) than I expected. I was on my way up to Blue Ridge ga and had 5 G most of the way. The antenna is also superior. This phone is lightning fast, and I love it. I only bought this because my wife's iPhone 7 was dying, so I gave her my * plus and got the 12. My only slight complaint is that facial recognition is not as reliable as a fingerprint.
