A couple of weeks ago, I had to replace my iPhone 6s and bought the iPhone 13. So far, Even though I was hoping it was a matter of changing out the battery, I’m so glad I bought the newer phone. The process of transferring to the new phone was a bit daunting as the store's wifi is slow and the AC wasn’t cool enough and very humid inside but I was able to continue at home.

Bought this on Black Friday, even though the store was absolutely overcrowded I was able to get the service I was seeking in a most efficient manner. Kudos to the store team, the buying process was seamless!
