Unbelievable picture quality! Difficult transition from Samsung, transferring texts, pics etc...not an easy task. Love the phone!!

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max yesterday at the Boardman, OH store. Brady was amazing! Knowledgable, helpful, kind & answered all my questions. (and I had a ton, lol) He also transferred all my info to my new phone. I even ended up buying some accessories that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere because of how I was treated. Time to give him a raise! FYI, MUCH smoother transaction than using Verizon & top notch customer service! Thanks, Brady!!

I am loving all the new features on this phone! I especially like the camera quality! I also enjoy the always on screen display... I never have to touch my phone to see the time! The battery life is incredible!!

Great phone new features that work excellent takes great pictures

Great improvement to the camera(48mp). The dynamic island is a very nice touch to better assist with multitasking. Apple giving users more personalization functions is always a plus. Photo customization is fantastic. Cinematic mode on the camera is a cool feature I like when recording helping to stabilize the camera when in motion. Only negative review is I wish the had better color options to choose from which is very minor and also apple need to get rid of the lighting charge cable.

Ally was a great person to work with. She took great care of during our visit. We came expecting to replace my 6 pro IPhone. I made an appointment for 1:20 A week ago Friday. When we arrived I was told they no longer made a replacement battery. We ended up purchasing and have a great experience due to Ally , I can’t say enough words of high praise about he skill and empathy. She is a tremendous asset for Best Buy.

Fine, what you expect. Good camera. The battery life is not good at all. Switched from a 12 pro max and it was definitively a downgrade in terms of battery.
