Apple has outdone itself once again. The iPhone 16 Pro is everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I picked it up, the sleek design and lighter titanium frame felt premium and durable. The 256GB storage is perfect—tons of space for photos, videos, and apps without constantly managing storage. The display is stunning—bright, buttery smooth, and incredibly responsive. But the real star is the camera system. The improved low-light performance and cinematic video mode make every shot look professionally edited. The new AI-enhanced features (like Smart Capture and Auto-Frame) actually make a difference in daily use. Battery life is also noticeably better—I easily get through a day and a half with moderate to heavy use. And with the A18 Pro chip, everything is lightning-fast. Gaming, multitasking, editing 4K videos... it handles it all effortlessly. If you're on the fence, don't be. This phone is the definition of future-ready. Worth every penny.

The phone works fine and does what it’s supposed to do. However, the packaging was damaged when it got delivered and it was also delayed. I understand that it’s not Best Buy fault when the package was delayed. However, you guys may need to seriously reconsider who you partnered with when it comes to delivery service bc this is not the first time it happened.

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB in White Titanium, and I’m absolutely impressed! The Apple Intelligence feature feels groundbreaking; it’s smoother and faster than any previous model I’ve owned. The White Titanium finish is stunning and has a premium feel. Battery life has noticeably improved, even with heavy use throughout the day. The camera quality is fantastic for both photos and videos, making it perfect for capturing important moments. If you’re thinking about upgrading, I highly recommend it!

Very happy. I was coming from a xs max. I didn’t think i needed 16 pro max. I was hesitant that the 16 pro might not be large enough. The difference is minimal and in fact is easier to hold and put in my pocket. Feels lighter but screen is big and bright. Very fast. And as i havent previously had mag safe, i have to say its a joy. The speed of charging, security of how it snaps in, and its so fast i find it doesn’t really heat up like my xs max did when wirelessly charging. Definitely would recommend.

I upgraded from the 15 pro max to this phone because I wanted a smaller phone, I love the size of the regular pro this year and the black looking amazing. I usually lease my phones but decided this is the one I am going to keep. improved battery, excellent camera and the camera button is honestly great. thermals are clearly improved because this doesn't overheat like my 15 did at all.

Bigger screen and battery. Color looks nice in person. Camera button is nice, too.
