Very slick not to big has lot of storage love it,very satisfying camera is amazing

Very helpful staff at the Wilmington Best Buy, was able to wipe the old phone and walk out with a new iPhone 17pro all set up within about 40minutes. Staff also encouraged the trade-in of the old phone directly to ATT which would yield more money, and they provided info on the easiest way to do that.

Much stronger design overall, glad the fragile glass back is gone and replaced with metal. Even if it scratches which I have not struggled with; it won’t be cracking like my older 14 did. Camera is significantly better especially if coming from 14 or older. Additionally for older lightning cable users this puts everything in line using USB-C so no more lugging additional cables just for phone. Highly recommend for anyone still using lightning based phone especially if you upgraded other accessories to use USB-C.

Very good device with all sorts of higher end photography options. However, the two key features that used to set the Pro phones apart, more memory and a 120Hz screen, are now available on the base level, non Pro, iPhone 17 for much cheaper. Unless you really like the colors or need the features of the Pro (or size of the Pro max), it's probably overkill and the base phone will save you money on features you may never use.

After using the iPhone 17 Pro every day for the last two months, what stands out most is how easy and “reliable” it feels in real life: the battery comfortably lasts from early morning to late night, so there is no constant worry about carrying a charger, even on busy workdays or while traveling. The camera has honestly been the favorite part—it makes casual photos of friends, food, and nights out look like they were given real effort, and the zoom is good enough that it is easy to capture kids on a field, a stage, or details on vacation without everything turning into a blurry mess. Low‑light shots and indoor photos are much more forgiving than older phones, so there are fewer “missed moments,” and it has become second nature to just pull it out, tap once, and trust the results. Day to day, the screen looks great, calls and video chats sound clear, and the whole phone feels smooth and quick in a way that fades into the background, which is exactly what has made it such a satisfying upgrade.

Overall I feel like this is a good phone. This is my first apple phone in a very long time and the only feature that I really miss is the button on the side to switch the ringer to vibrate. I have no idea what that button actually does now. There are, however, many different ways to get to the camera. I had to watch several youtube videos to figure out the basic functions of this phone because there are just so many! I still struggle with finding basic settings, and I feel like I really have to do a deep dive to figure out how to do things that should be much easier.

The iPhone 17 Is a great phone upgrade. the iPhone 17 Is a great phone upgrade. I began upgrade my phone every three years and it really worked out well. It seems to be the perfect amount of time for the device to be worth the upgrade. In addition I have managed to regularly get next to free phones consistantly through bestbuy promos. Pros: Upgraded display Size of storage price category Newly designed body with button in places where other items like the Sim card was cons Aluminum VS titanium seems like a downgrade.

My wife loves her new iPhone. She loves the upgrades to the camera from her old phone. She took great pictures before - now she's over the top good.

The best iPhone yet, feel solid in hand, the orange color is stunning, the camera quality is outstanding.

I love my I phone 17 pro. I began using Apple products as a teacher in the mid 80s. I’ve never strayed from their products-I phones, computers, and I pads. I travel internationally and yearly upgrade my I phone because I want the best technology I can have. I trust Apple products and I also go to Best Buy for all purchases. Their techs are brilliant, well informed about Apple products and their customer service is great.
