I’ve waited to get a new phone and was so excited to get this phone but first night on charger got WAY too hot! Battery isn’t lasting long it definitely wasn’t worth the wait!!!

I usually stick entirely to my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but after getting my hands on the iPhone 18 Pro Max, I have to admit that Apple really knocked it out of the park this time. The first thing that hits you is the size. The 6.9-inch screen is massive, but because they shrank the black borders around the edges, it doesn’t feel like you’re holding a cinder block. The screen gets insanely bright, too—I can be out walking Ohana in direct sunlight and still read my texts without squinting. For me, the battery life is the real game-changer. I am constantly on my phone, and this is the first device I’ve used in a long time where I genuinely don't have to worry about packing a charger for an overnight trip. It easily lasts two full days of texting, scrolling, and streaming. When it finally does die, plugging it in for just 15 minutes gives it enough juice to get through the rest of the day. The camera is just fun to use. I took it out to Silver Dollar City last weekend, and the pictures look incredible without needing to mess with any settings. They added a new mechanical lens feature that physically adjusts to the light, which basically means your low-light shots and portraits look wildly professional, perfectly blurring the background while keeping the subject super crisp. Surprisingly, the biggest upgrade isn't even the hardware—it's Siri. Siri is actually helpful now. Instead of just giving me web links when I ask a question, it can look at what’s on my screen and understand what I'm talking about, or pull up specific details from my emails and messages to automatically set up calendar events. If you are rocking an older phone or are on the fence about switching over from Android, this is the year to do it. It’s definitely a pricey, heavy phone, but the battery life and the much-smarter Siri make it entirely worth the upgrade.

I absolutely love my new iPhone! I had high expectations when I purchased it, but after finally getting my hands on it, I can confidently say it exceeded them. The design is beautiful, the display is incredibly sharp and vibrant, and everything runs so smoothly. The camera quality is amazing, and I’m especially impressed with how fast and responsive the phone feels. The overall performance and premium feel really make it stand out. Although it’s definitely an investment, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and have no regrets. Apple really did an amazing job with this one! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade!

After running this iPhone 18 Pro Max for about three weeks, I can say that I like the unit. The phone runs better than my 15 Pro Max, and the new iOS seems snappier (makes sense). I have been able to take a few low light pictures and I can say that the aperture control works nicely. Other than that, it's an iPhone. Expected quality delivered.

I use my extensively for business, ie, email, documents calls, video conference etc. With my Galaxy fold 6 by 2pm i was at 15%. This pro max i go to bed with 50%. All my apps work smooth. Apple voice to text is 1000% better than google. Nothing more you can ask from a phone.

I upgrade my iPhone every year. The iPhone 18 Pro Max’s battery life is far superior to the iPhone 17 Pro Max from last year! Knowing that much hadn’t changed from the previous year - I was planning on holding off on upgrading, but I’m glad I didn’t!

My new main device for years to come. Color is great size and feel quick and snappy. My first pro max anything top model off the shelf love it. Switching from Galaxy S22+

The display on the new iPhone is exquisite as compared to my previous, as well, the cpu chip in this phone gives the smoothest experience I’ve ever had on a modern day smart phone.

Recently got this after spending 10 years away from apple, so glad I switched back I have no issues whatsoever and will be getting further into the ecosystem

You can feel the a20 chip working to the max. Quick response, no lag, it’s the new standard. Great camera detail as well.

I love the camera quality and the AI stuff that you can do on the phone. Definitely a big upgrade from my 14.

I love the new iPhone 18 Pro Max! I had a 13 before, so this was a huge upgrade with a lot of new features. Very happy so far!
