As always, I feel as if Apple could do more with each new phone released but that's a different story. The 7 Plus is a great phone, much like the 6 Plus I had with a few new features like louder speakers, camera upgrades, etc. I'm happy with it!

Bigger and Better

I was going to wait for the iPhone 8, but decided to try this beast of a phone. So far I love it. Takes a little getting used to the size, since I can no longer have it in my pocket without weighing me down, but it works well in a purse.

Some bugs

Great phone! I love the size of the plus

It was better than my last experience at the Verizon store . But I was told the credit I was going to get for trading in my old phone was $100 more than what I actually got. Verizon said I should take it up with Best Buy customer service I have not the time yet
