The phone sound quality is great. The camera is very nice. Works places that my old phone would not get any reception

I upgraded from the iPhone 6 to the 7 plus. I really like the bigger screen. Otherwise it is as nice as my iPhone 6 was.

All my contacts didn't transfer. Phone is really big! Love the camera. Kind of wish I would have got the smaller phone.

The iPhone 7 Plus is a welcomed device in comparison to my IPhone 6. The previous phone stated to get "buggy" and could not be relied upon to make through the day without having to shutdown and reboot. The 7 Plus' screen is easy on the eyes. Very capable device.

I have used Apple phones for many years. I purchased the Apple I-Phone 7 Plus to replace my I-Phone 5 Plus. The cameras appear to have been greatly improved and the screen provides good color tones. The size is essentially unchanged and the weight seems about the same.

Each model of the iPhone seems to improve on the old model. To say that some of features don't match up to models of other phones doesn't matter. To the average user it is important to stay with what you know. The new features just add to the usability of the product.

I was reluctant to upgrade my phone for months but I am glad I finally took the plunge. I have yet to even scratch the surface of all of the wonderful new features that are hidden within the iPhone 7, but I am sure it will be forever again before I am ready to upgrade

Absolutely love this phone. Been with iPhone since the iPhone 3G. Upgraded to this from the 6 Plus. It is a nice significant upgrade even tho phone looks almost identical the internal and hardware upgrades are a noticeable difference especially from the 6 plus.

Was unsure due to the missing headphone nick but honestly I don't miss it. Good buy for someone needing a new phone.

I used to have an iPhone back in 2011-2012, then I went to android for 4 years. Started with and S3 (garbage) then to a droid turbo (amazing) Making the switch back was rough but I needed a new change and this did it for me. The only downside to it is NO BACK BUTTON!!

Awesome in every way! Felt like the 7 plus would be too big, but after a day or two with it, it becomes very natural very fast! Now when I pick up my 5c it seems ridiculously small and hard to read the small fonts on emails etc. Go with the plus. You won't regret it.

I transitioned from an android to an apple without any complications. The iPhone was easy to pick up and start using and not complicated like the android. I love this new phone. It's large and always easy to find in any bag and easy to see texts and messages.

I like the phone and especially the camera but the phone itself seems to be buggy some times and requires a reset.

My teenage daughter loves the phone for its screen size and doing all that teenage daughter stuff that they do.

This is a nice phone but the battery drains pretty fast. I guess this is to be expected for a device with so many features. Keep it on the charger when ever possible to avoid low power problems. The charge has lasted long enough for all of my needs so far.

This is my first iPhone. Blackberry user for 15 yrs, so we shall see. Too new to really evaluate fairly. A little big (handheld) and I'm having trouble hearing my alerts, whether it be my messages, emails, or calendar reminders. I do have the volume set at it's highest and I did change the sounds to ones that were louder/longer, but still not very loud (except when I'm in a very quiet location/setting). As I said, I'm still in the learning-curve mode.

What can I say, it's an IPhone. That being said, I would never go to a provider store, like Verizon or AT&T. You get much better deals from Best Buy. We got Best Buy cash cards for buying in their store, which we used to help purchase a new oven. I LOVE BEST BUY

The phone is great but for the price you can get an iPhone 8 plus which is a little better that the 7 plus

Having to buy headphones is a drag. However, anything wireless is a plus. Takes even better photos than before.

Doesn't justify the cost. Don't see a lot of difference between 5s and 7 plus, other than the screen size.
