Product works with iPhone X just fine! Plus adds about 50% total battery to my iPhone throughout the day. Lasts me from 8am-7pm every night from 100% charge to 0% on the case

The battery case stopped working after 3 weeks of use. I had purchased an open box battery case for the iPhone 10x from another retailer - I think callers Adorama. The case was defective and didn’t work. Thinking it would be better if I’d purchased a new unopened box case, I went with Best Buy. So disappointed it worked only for three weeks. When the case worked I didn’t bring have to charge it the entire day. Apple should never have released a defective product. I’ve been so disappointed with the lack of quality and innovation with Apple products. Tempted to switch to Android or Google phone.

I have replaced this case 2 times in 3 months due to lightning cable connectivity issues. This case is great when it works, however it doesn’t work 75% of the time. Very frustrating since it cost $129.99. Save your money and keep your phone charged.

Small enough to carry as a spare in your purse or pocket. Non-slip silicone grip, protects phone from breakage. Battery extends talk time and overall phone usage greatly. Easy to install and remove. Can be left on the phone while charging (both the phone and the case charge together using only one lightning cable). While in use, the battery case’s charge is used first before the phone’s battery takes over. Highly recommend this battery back-up case. I keep 2 on hand for extended travels and/or regional power outages from storms.

I been using this case for about a month. With everyday use it’s already breaking down and a part of the case is chipping away.

Let's face it...the battery on the Xs is a bit less than optimal. Enter the Xs smart battery case to give you the battery life you crave. More than doubles the phone's use, allows you to charge wireless or with a lightning cable while on the phone. Has a nice soft touch feel. Cons: well, it does add weight and bulk, but nothing horrible. And while the case does have a nice soft touch feel, it seems a magnet for gross. All in all - highly recommend!

This fits my iPhone X perfectly. It was easy to install and has holes and buttons in all the right places. The first day I had it I charged it up to 100% and set out to see how long it took before it needed charging - almost a week - and it charged back up in just a few hours! It does add a bit of bulk and weight to the phone but it's not excessive and the added bulk actually makes the phone more comfortable to hold. It works with my wireless charger and also with the wired phone charger. As long as I give it a charge every few days I'll never run out of charge on my phone no matter what I'm doing with it.

This product is great! I was on the fence about a battery case because of worries about weight and thickness. I was lucky enough to catch a short lived sale at BB and jumped on it because they have a great return policy. It keeps my phone charged even longer than I imagined. I have an iPhone X and it fits perfectly. It charges with both of my wireless chargers (home and car) and that is such a great asset. I also appreciate that it shows shows you the percentage of charge on both charger and phone batteries. It is lighter than I thought it would be and very easy to get in and out of pocket, purse slot, etc. I would definitely buy again.

Perfect case for people like me who are terrible at remembering to charge their phone. Definitely recommend this product as it has provided me with a lasting battery life. The case itself is easy to install and has a nice feel. The only apparent cons are that the case is a little thick and makes the phone heavier but this does not bother me.

Got this because Xs battery is not enough for a day for my daily use. This acts as a case and charger. Protects your phone. Has a soft feel but a dust magnet because it is silicone. It’ll make your phone a little bit bulky though. But it has a nice feel with Xs. Doubt you need one if you have the Xs Max. That’ll be heavy and super bulky!

Love the new Apple battery case! Provides the same protection as the Apple case. The extra battery life is great. I honestly can’t say how much extra “life” this battery provides my iPhone, but it lasts me all day with no worries - (I use to have to set the iPhone on battery saving mode if my battery got low and there was no way to charge my iPhone - no longer). I’m so happy with my purchase that I bought 2 more for my family too. On a side note, I travel internationally and there’s not always an available outlet when traveling abroad. I used to have an Otter Case with a battery backup, but Otter Case doesn’t make those cases for the iPhone X models. Too bad, their loss. Also, since this case is made by Apple, the case charges magnetically and sits perfectly in my lightening port charger too - the best of both worlds. I like to charge my iPhone in landscape mode so I can watch video while the iPhone and battery case are charging at the same time. Nice ! So if you need extra battery life, stop looking and get this case.

I considered a Mophie case as I have good results in the past with them. You won't go wrong with Mophie. But with this case on sale, I took a closer look and came away convinced it was the solution for me. The case is very easy to put on and take off. Wireless charging is supported or you can use your Lightning cable. The hump is still there but not as pronounced as the first generation. Good grip and drop protection too. The Battery widget is a great feature giving you battery percentages for the phone and case. It even picked up the battery on my Bluetooth Fossil watch. Nice bonus there. It's going to add some weight and bulk. But there's no way around that, every battery case will do so. I get about an additional 60% battery capacity. More than enough to get me through the day and evening.

This case is fantastic! Not too bulky or heavy, and it more than doubled the daily amount of battery life I get. AND it is wireless charging capable, so I don't have to take the case off every night to charge the phone on the wireless charging base.

As usual, wonderful feel with the Apple battery line. Great In hand feel but a little heavy. This case and battery serve their purpose and definitely extends usage for the day if you are a power user of the iPhone.

Overall. I like the case. A lot. It works very well at suppling power to my xs. I’ve used it for hours at work listening to music by Bluetooth and of course the occasional checking of Facebook and surfing and got it down to 75% in 8 hrs of use. Pretty nice to not need to run to the charger. Wireless charging is a plus. And seeing both charge levels is cool. Phone case is slicker than i would like. It does add some bulk and weight to the phone. But it’s not too noticeable in the pocket. It is noticeable in the hand. My only complaint though is i checked my batteries health before buying the case because i read that it diminished another reviewers battery. I was at 100%. A little over a week of use. Now my battery’s health is 97%. Still operating at peak performance but there is a definite drop that i can’t explain. I can’t comment as of yet if that decline will continue. I certainly hope not. Phone is only 5 months old so it may be normal battery performance drop. But i don’t think so. It does seem to be a repeated issue that i would consider before buying this product.

Daughter blows through battery every day, needing recharges all the time, so this case not only provides extra power, but also is protecting the phone as well. Bought on sale, so that's even better.

Good case but overpriced. The case works good but is a little on the heavy side and the top of the case is a little flimsy.

Good Quality and handy Product. Gives good backup and fits perfect. Only thing bad about is the price. You can get 10000mha in around $40 and this is $100 plus.

I bought this for travel. I could carry a battery bank but it's a hassle when there is so much more going on. Of course it's interesting to see it charging all the time, but the battery can support it. Apparently the new batteries can tolerate this constant charging. It's awesome Apple construction and the weight isn't super heavy. I like the surface material for gripping it and holding on to it. The "bump" isn't too annoying, although I thought it would. It's easy to slip my phone in and out. I like that the power input is lightning.
