Customer Ratings & Reviews

I've had this laptop for about a year now and it has been great! The processing speed is relatively quicker than the i9 version of the macbook pro and the overall aesthetics look a lot better to. The battery life lasts nearly twice as long as the i9 version, probably due to mac's processor and with only 8GB of RAM, you can pretty much handle everything!

Great quality, kind of heavy but the specifications are excellent. Best Buy always has the best prices and you can always trust their open box selection so don’t shy away from buying open box. Best Buy is always very flexible and has excellent customer service and support.

It was a small adjustment period moving from a Windows laptop to a MacBook but now that I managed the adjustment period, it has proven the best purchase I have made for my business. Having the Apple representative present in the Nest Buy store was a tremendous help with making my purchase. She was able to answer all my questions and giving me the confidence I needed to make this purchase. Thanks Danielle. The battery life on this laptop is phenomenal. I got my laptop 1/30/2026 and I have only had to charge it once. Can you believe that? Amazing. It is truly just great. The sync with my phone and tablet makes every thing just runs none stop and keeps me organized and very prepared when talking to clients and preparing for presentations. Loving the Mac life.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro M4 is an absolute beast! The mini-LED display is incredible—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and smooth ProMotion scrolling make everything look stunning. The larger screen is perfect for work and entertainment, giving plenty of space for multitasking. Performance is top-notch, and the battery easily lasts all day. Plus, trading in my old MacBook at Best Buy was super easy, and I got a great value toward this upgrade. If you’re thinking about upgrading, this is 100% worth it!

I recently purchased the new MacBook Pro M4 16” from Best Buy, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, making the buying process smooth. The MacBook itself is a powerhouse, offering impressive performance, stunning display, and excellent battery life. The M4 chip handles everything from heavy multitasking to creative tasks with ease. Best Buy also had a competitive price, plus quick in-store pickup, which made it even more convenient. Highly recommend both the MacBook and Best Buy for a seamless shopping experience.

Excellent equipment, I increased my productivity by 30% thanks to the speed of this new laptop. Apple is undoubtedly a solid brand in terms of the quality and performance of its devices. Plus, the price was excellent.

The best laptop I've ever had. I can switch between all the tools without it freezing. The battery life has improved significantly compared to the M1.

product seems to be working well, had to reinstall OS due to some minor glitching that’s likely just from the hard drive not being fully reformatted before reselling it. but the way my box arrived was :(( i know its ups as well but thought id make it known in case there’s anything that can be done about ensuring safe delivery. luckily the best buy refurb sticker around the macbook product box was still there and didn’t look peeled away and the mac itself looks beautiful

Such an excellent computer, I use it for my Masters program. It has not giving me no problems at all. I absolutely love my computer. The battery charges fast and this computer doesn’t heat up while charging like others. Definitely worth the price and the hype about it!!!

This is my 3rd MacBook Pro and so far it’s my favorite. I love the sleek look, sound and image. Also the battery lasts a really long time. My only complain would be that it’s a little heavy, but it’s bigger than my previous ones.

For my first laptop this is One of the most beautiful laptop I had, I never had a issue with it everything run so smoothly

I absolutely love this computer! It syncs well with my iphone and the camera is amazing! I use it for ministry and personal use as well as book writing.

So Sleek, So Powerful, So Easy! Simple to use out of the box. A needed tool for content creators.

wonderful computer for my daughter's first year of college , great apple product and size screen

I love my new laptop. I wasn’t planning to purchase a new one, I was taking my old pro to the Apple Store to get a new battery. The guy there said it was a waste of time and explained about the processor. So I went over to Best Buy where they gave me more for trade and it was on sale.

Honestly, the difference between this and my old 2015 MacBook Pro is night and day. I finally retired the old machine and I can’t believe how fast this new one is. I spend a lot of time in Photoshop and Illustrator, and the lag is completely gone, everything just flies. Definitely worth the upgrade!

My wife and I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Christmas gift to one another this year. We are in the Apple community already with our iPhones and Apple Watch. We wanted a great top of the line laptop with good memory and storage for what we need. We watched reviews before the purchase and this was our final decision for ease of use, power that we need to do videos if we wish to go that route for all our pics and videos from our phones to sync up easily from iCloud. All and all one great machine. Top of the line product from Apple and so many YouTubers use this MacBook Pro. Great investment.

I think we love our purchase so far. The design is sleek but simple. I did not know the charger is different now given it is no longer USB-C, so I would recommend you bring your own USB-C charger to charge your phone and this Mac charger (I made a mistake thinking they would be using the same USB-C charger and ended up having no charger to charge the laptop when I traveled...) There was a minor issue with Pages loading and saving when I tried to copy and paste some paragraphs from a research paper into Pages (there rainbow circle kept showing up). That freaked me out because I thought this Super Machine should be able a simple copy and paste and I do not do any heavy video or music editing and I do not open many applications at the same time either. I ended up calling apple support and they remoted into my PC and fixed the issue. They said they must be something wrong with the new OS Updates. Who knows? I am happy with the purchase so far and I hope NOT to see the little rainbow circle showing up again when I do very very simple and basic tasks.

screen display is the best i’ve seen. runs like a beast.

I love Mac computers and I’m so excited that my dad who has never owned a computer has this computer for his first time. It’s a great size and it’s super slick looking.
