They said I would get an email regarding this and it would have instructions on how to use it but nothing. Looking at the reviews, many others have the same issue. Seems to be a loss leader and a bit of a scam.

It says free Apple Music for 4 months but when I tried to use it it says free for only 1 month!!! So I didn’t even bother. This is bad . I bought two items that said free Apple Music for 4 months but ended up using none

Nice reward for a new subscriber. How about 2 months free for loyal subscribers instead of NONE. Where is the reward for continuing to invest in Apple products if things like this are for new subscribers only!?!?!?

I really hate that you an only get the 4 free months of you are new to apple, that’s sucks.., it should be free every time you get an apple product, they are expensive and deserve a free trial every new device

If I could give it less I would. Trash! The songs are always loading. Also, why keep offering free 4 months for only new subscribers? You are going to run into people who already subscribed.

Didn't get to use this because I already use this with another purchase. I wish they would give you access every time you buy a new product or offer another free gift with purchase.

This offer is a deal that sucks customers into setting up account, free for few months about long enough for you to forget your going to be charged every month.

Spotify is way better. Spotify connect will always be one of the best things and if you like personalization and good things as each year wrapped definitely use spotify over apple music

I did not use this, I used one last month and will not do it again. When they cut off your service they delete off your phone all the music you bought previously and you have to re-download it.

... Forget about getting four months free if you have ever done a trial of Apple Music before. It will accept the code when you redeem it, but instead of four months free, you will only get another 30 trial.

Don't buy a product based on the Apple music offer. They give you one month and charge you after that. They claim that I need to take it up with the vendor I purchased it from. Apple will not honor it.

Love Apple Music!!! BUT this promotion failed! Gave me only 1 month of Apple Music and then I had to pay. Called customer service and they said they can’t help me.. At least it was free with my purchase!

It's sad this deal only applies to new subscribers because it's supposed to be a free gift for purchasing some EXPENSIVE earphones and you're basically being penalized for already using their service

Most products I buy says you get this. I got like once out of the 8 I should have gotten. But need to do different gift. I have had Apple Music for as long as it was Available. So this is worthless to me.

This is useless for a current subscriber. Seriously Apple, I’ve purchased dozens of your expensive products and you’re too greedy to give this to a current customer

I received the code and it only gave me one month free. It will expire on June 21st and I have been calling customer service since May 21st and today is June 19th and I still haven’t gotten through.

I never receive this product so I'm not sure why it ends up in my review. Its stated I was supposed to get it with my purchased never got to it to use it.

Didn’t qualify for this. I am very upset since I’ve been an Apple product buyer for years. As a Apple product buying customer we should not be limited to free things. Very disappointed

Couldn't use it, for some reason it never presented me with the option to take advantage of the trial. Wasn't my reason to buy a product but probably would have been nice to try

Apple already give you free trial and worthless if you are already a subscriber. Apple music is very popular so not many people can take advantage of this, it should be able to added on to plans.
