No issues so far although battery is not new, love it so far

Outstanding - so much better than my previous iPhone!

I am very surprised the i phone arrived like brand new! came with charger and is working perfectly!

Would give zero stars if possible. Purchased iPhone 12. Best buy sales associate did not include my apartment number. Then UPS corrected the mistake and added apartment number. Then UPS notified me package was delivered. Ring camera shows UPS walking pass my apartment without making a delivery. UPS delivery photo shows blacked out screen. Because I have Best Buy warranty, its supposedly going to be replaced. But now daughter doesn't get Christmas present till sometime in January, Best Buy gets the credit for this because if the sales associate would have done his job correctly, then UPS would be the only one to blame. Very dissappointed.....

Exceeded all my expectations. Gave as a gift to someone who will put it's capabilities to good use.

The speaker is poor and the phone audio will not work and cut out. The battery is also at 82% maximum capacity

Its a good phone my daughter loves it she says it's a great phone

Charging port is sporadic. I get it I bought a refurbished phone.

We are Apple people, but we did not realize the was a refurbished phone. I do not normally mind a refurbished product because they come with the same warranty as new. But was looking for new on this particular product. We ended up returning it before we opened it

Speaker was busted. I had to trade my gf old phone as well too and it ended up being a bad gift. I just traded the phone from Best Buy to the Apple Store and just bought her a new one. Lost $300 in the process, and I didn’t get any compensation.

My daughter has had this phone for a year. Today is Christmas morning & she woke up to her phone on a greenish/yellow screen. How convenient as soon as her warranty runs out her phone messes up. Will never purchase another pre owned or refurbished phone from Best Buy.

The refurbing obviously didn’t work and wasn’t tested before it was sold. No refunds after 10 days and it was a Christmas gift so it was not even activated by then. No help in store. They want to charge almost $300 to fix the broken phone they sold to me.

I recently purchased this iPhone 12 256 GB and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and features.

The phone dies within a few hours, doesn’t hold a charge at all. I’m regretting getting this phone now I’m stuck with it. It freezes randomly also and I’ll have to restart it

I'm just purchased this phone and the camera is not working properly.

The sound on the phone was static and not clear. As I pushed the name of my contact to call the phone started FaceTiming 2 different numbers, one of which was a telemarketer. Misdialing numbers and unclear voices. The phone itself was damaged. It had scratches.

I received a perfect device, there are no scratches, the battery is great.
