Absolutely love this phone! I ordered it as fair condition but the amount of use out of it since receiving it; was more than enough to make up for its shortcomings. I did receive good condition but it’s functional. It was well worn with a small crack in the screen but it’s nothing major or to cause concern. I live out in the middle of no where delivering came 3 days early and the setup ways quick, easy and painless. I have rather large hands so for it to feel weightless and comfortable in my hand is a dream. The back camera is alright the video quality could be better.

Dint expect this excellent condition for the phone. With minimal scratches which is not even noticeable much. The battery life is 81% when I recieved the phone

Arrived in good condition minimally but appropriately packaged. Some minor nicks as you’d expect with a used phone. Screen is pristine. Battery is at about 80 percent capacity and meets my needs. It’s a mini so about the same size as my old iPhone 7 but with more screen surface.

The phone has no scratches or shows any wear, so on the outside it is perfect. However, I swear I read where the battery life would be 80% or better, but apparently that is not a Best Buy policy. (Must have read it in comments). You can’t tell what battery life is until you get phone set up. It was 76% and considered severely degraded. I took it to geek squad believing they would replace the battery since it was so degraded. They will not. They offer no services at all. They would replace it for $85, but didn’t even have a battery in stock. $85! Then they said I could exchange it, but the only similar phones in stock were over $200 more, and no guarantee of battery life, AND a $45 restocking fee for this phone. Only reason I bought from Best Buy was because I thought they would stand behind the products they sell. They said they didn’t sell it, that it was purchased from a third party. That is not disclosed anywhere…and I bought it from BB, they apparently got it from an 3rd party. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. Gave me a number for a warranty co, they only cover manufacturers defects, will not cover the battery. Would give a 1 star for service. Never had this experience at BB before. They apparently don’t stand behind their products anymore, I will not shop at best buy again.

In all respects to Iphones which I have owned many since 2006, I bought this mini 12 because I finally decided to leave AT&T landline service and switch that number for a while to mobile. I read reviews and got this one for size and functions and to just have in replacement of landline calls. Only thing for a 'used' like Iphone is battery is 80% life so I will with my outlook with it, use it for a bit before I cancel my phone service on this phone. Otherwise, this mini 12 is just about everything the specs state it does. Oh the best part it is it is unlocked. Price I got it used, a little bit too much, but ok. This is my fair review of why I got this phone and gave it 4 stars.

Good condition, not excellent. Overpriced for battery at 80% and for having surface scratches especially on Apple logo. Generic box crushed and dented — lousy presentation. Best Buy employees at check out didn’t know how I could get phone activated with Assurance Wireless despite my having bought unlocked. In short, paid for expertise and trust in store but next time will buy refurbished from Amazon and spend less.

I was a little worried about getting a phone second hand as I’ve done so in the past but never from Best Buy. However, I had nothing to worry about since the phone arrived a day early (!) and is in great condition. The screen is unscratched, the back of the phone has minimal (and purely) cosmetic scratches, and the phone operation itself is great. The one issue is that the battery health is at 75% and I’ll probably want to get it replaced—yet it still gets me through a full day after being charged over night. Surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend!

Great little phone. My son wanted a small phone to easily keep in his pocket. He’s been using this one for almost a year with no issues.

I purchased the Pre-Owned iPhone 12 Mini 5G 128GB (Unlocked), light green. It’s a great little phone so far. Data and content transfer from old 7plus was seamless, phone had no visible damage and looked new, charges fine and came with charger, shipping was as stated/expected, no issues with my existing att plan/sim. My only issue was that voice calls sounded distorted. Went to Best Buy Geek Squad & fortunately easy fix- tech basically cleaned out the “tack” that built up on the speakers after running diagnostics and that did the trick. First used phone I’ve bought so had no idea this could be the issue. Kinda gross. Best Buy should really clean these things out BEFoRE they resell them. Sanitizing the outside is fine but when it’s someone else’s old gunk and grime on the inside audio components, that’s hard to know and it’s frankly a bit disgusting. Glad it was easily fixed and now voice calls sound good. 1 star off b/c Best Buy pre owned could do better with the cleaning process.

I bought a used IPhone from this Best Buy store online and I was pleasantly satisfied with the whole experience from ordering it and to receiving it 3 days later as promised. And the best part was that the product was very good quality. So I was very pleased!!!

my phone was just as described. arrived quickly and was easy to setup. the battery life us short but it is an old phone that owned before so i understand that.
