The phone works great. It didn’t have any cosmetics flaws or anything when I received. The only thing I wish that would be listed in the product description is what the battery health is. It would be good to know for a person to decide if they want this phone or not. The phone came in a basic box with a charging a cable and that’s it.

Only lasted a year before touch screen quit working- battery life wasn't very good, but cant get a mini from ATT anymore so I am on here ordering another one. My husband wont carry a bigger phone.

This was a replacement phone for my nephew. He absolutely loves it.

Overall good, just the right size and features. Best Buy tech support was great. Pre owned is reliable from them.

The iphone 12 mini is a cool phone. I thought I was having issues with the speaker; however, it seems to work.

Excellent condition, impeccable to say the least. Purchased as a Christmas present ,I was surprised with the condition of the phone, Flawless! Best Buy definitely is true to its promise when it comes to Pre-Owned devices. I do trust them , thank you Best Buy :)

I will never - never! - order a refurbished phone from Best Buy again. The product description included an explicit "excellent" yet the battery health declined to 79% in just one month. And Best Buy will not just replace the battery - other than for a charge and shipment to where the real work is done - as refurbished phones do not come with any warranty. Totally dissatisfied and so will be returning the phone for refund.

I'm still getting used to a few things. The volume doesn't seem to be high enough. Hopefully texting will get easier - the small screen results in hitting wrong keys and misspelled words. Increasing the font size is certainly helpful. I think it will become a welcome device once I get more familiar with the changes.
