It was delivered in a weird aftermarket plastic box but it’s the real deal. Looked wonky upon set up, but it’s been two weeks and I haven’t had any issues.

iPhone is in great condition and working properly and all. What I didn’t like it was that the box the phone came in was broken and the phone was not that secure.

I love everything about the cameras & the color of the phone!! looks way better in person!! also love my best buy credit card, it makes purchasing a new phone 10x better! thank you! Whenever I want to shop, I find Best Buy the most suitable for that. Everything is guaranteed and the treatment is good and comfortable. I look forward to visiting them every time.

The employees at Best Buy were very helpful even though I came roughly 30 minutes before closing, I told them what I was trying to do and they said no problem. The process was very simple quick and the representative had extraordinary patience while I was deciding which phone I wanted and also informed me of different features Etc. I ended up finishing up just after they're closing time and there were a few employees that had to wait frankly because of me and they seemed to have no issue and wished me a good day excellent service.
