    This was a pre-owned product. It arrived on time and it seemd to be in good condition. I have the My Best Buy Total membership, which usually covers up to 2 years of protection and Apple Care+. However, I found out that since this product was not covered by either, due to being pre-owned, I decided to return it. There should be a warning/notice whne purchasing pre-owned products in order to make an informed purchase.

    I payed for 3 iPhone 16pro max unlocked 512 GB but I only got 1 , and no call or email from best bye , it feels like your dispatch stole my items and I’m filing a lawsuit as i have all purchase details in tact
