    The phone randomly buzzed really loudly, the battery life is real short and the touch on the screen is not the best.

    This is not a USB C charging port as expected. Best Buy ships through FedEx and does not allow customers to switch to pick-up at FedEx office options, leaving packages vulnerable to porch theives. The phone itself works well, decent battery life, easy set-up, very good condition for being pre-owned.

    Certified refurbish is just as good as a brand new phone. If you are not able to get a NEW phone then I recommend you get a certify phone working as brand new! I have purchased multiple refurbished items and at last a very long time

    Phone had to update but got stuck on update and then started malfunctioning until you couldn't swipe the screen to even unlock the phone
