I’m really enjoying this phone so far. August I’ll officially have it for a year and I haven’t had an issues with it. The camera quality is really nice. It gives me the opportunity of really nice quality photos when I don’t have my canan camera on me it at the time. I’ve attached an example of a photo I took with the phone that is unedited.

Best Buy made purchase of a “good” condition 16 promax phone (& charger cable) seriously easy! Iris, Store Manager, Pineville Outlet store, treated me as if I was the only customer; explaining all details of phone’s features, transferring data from old to new phone, making sure everything worked 100% before I left store. Also, special thanks to her and Best Buy for the generous trade-in on my iPhone 12 (rivaled Apple’s trade-in offer). Whole experience, from the on-line ordering to store pick-up, was unrushed, personalized. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience!
