I had to return the original phone I received as the package came opened and the phone had damage to the camera, but the second phone I received is in great condition.

The phones decent. It’s worked great so far, I expected with a refurbished phone, that it woulda had a new battery, but it’s maximum capacity says it’s at 75%, that’s the only complaint so far.

It was in pretty good condition. There was only a small scratched area on the main screen that’s virtually undetectable with a screen protector. Otherwise it’s in great condition and works how I expected!

I’ve had this phone for almost 2 years and it still works great! It is on the older side of course but for the price I am still definitely happy with my purchase.

It’s an iPhone you can’t find a better phone. This phone is for my daughter and I would never by android phone for a family member lol. In all seriousness the phone is excellent and the refurbished models from Best Buy are the best.

It’s alright I got it and it’s good it’s just the battery life that sucks and the thing thats around the camera was a little scratched

The phone works really well, all the configuration is from fabric, is indeed a unlocked device, starts working in the same moment I put my sim card on it, 10/10 condition, not even a scratch.

Purchases this phone for my daughter and she loves it. Everything works as it should! I will always buy pre used phones from now on, personally we cant tell a difference!

4 stars only because it was barely charged when we opened it and some minor scratches on screen. Otherwise good!
