Bought it to replace I7 for my 13 yr old and she is very happy with it. It has more memory as she loves taking selfies. She loves the gold coloring and says it's easy to use. She often uses it to help assist in her virtual learning projects as well.

Gave it 4 stars only because it is not new. Other than that its a great phone. Looks and performs like new, so dont hesitate to purchase a pre-owned phone from Best Buy. Pleased and recommend! And ofcourse a steal compared to the newest versions.

This my second time ordering a refurbished iPhone from Best Buy. The first one works perfectly. This iPhone works great it’s unfortunate the battery life wasn’t. After 3 days the battery life is awful! So I have to now get a battery but besides that everything else works great. I just wish Best Buy would’ve made sure the battery was good.

I ordered this phone online and picked up in store. The box was damaged and was not an iPhone box. The phone was barely held in place in the box and almost fell out when I opened it. I received a third party charger which anyone who has had an iPhone knows are notorious for no longer working after software updates. Finally, the battery health was at 85%. Do not buy this phone. When I called customer service to ask if there was anything they could do to rectify these issues, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when the rep returned he just explained the return policy to me, so that was a waste of time. I never write reviews but this was supposed to be a gift for someone so I am very frustrated at this situation especially for the price I paid. Just buy a new iPhone SE from Apple instead for $399.

The phone was in perfect shape, and it was an amazing upgrade from moving from my broken iPhone 6. I've never needed the most cutting edge, newest phones, so this was perfect and the price was great as well.

My grandson loves hia new iPhone 8, the red color is very nice and for the price having 256GB of Memory for a college student was a great deal. Because it's a Pre-Owned I couldn't get the GeekSquad coverage that I normally get on my electronic purchases but that's ok the insurance price is just a few dollars difference with my carrier. The screen had a very minor nick but otherwise when I activated it with my cellphone carrier it looks and so far works great.

Seems to have more memory. Although battery seems to go down quicker. But maybe because it is still transferring info? Haven’t had it long enough to really review yet.

Works awesome for a pre-owned iPhone! I got a rose gold iPhone 8 right before this but the camera shook so badly I had to return it on the same day. So I was not hoping too much for a black one, but everything turns out fine. Not a single scratch. Camera, speaker, and mic work perfectly fine. The only slightly bad things about it is that battery health is only 81% and I cannot activate Siri with my voice (I have to press the home button even but then Siri can hear me). Would definitely recommend!

Glad I Purchased used iphone 8. Really didn't know what to expect. Wanted iphone 8 and since they don't make new ones anymore my only choice was Pre-owned. It's about 85% like new in battery and other working condtion. outside looks brand new.

This is the fourth used iPhone I have purchased from Bestbuy.com and as usual I got a great deal. Every used iPhone I have purchased from Best Buy has been in mint condition with an acceptable battery capacity. If you want to upgrade your phone and don’t care about getting the newest model, buying used phones from Best Buy will guarantee the phone is in great condition and save you hundreds of dollars off the price of a brand new one.

The phone had a few scuffs around the Edges but no actual damage! It works great! I am new to iPhone and I love it and the perks that come with it. ☺️ Only thing I can complain about is the battery life SUCKS. But that may be why it’s refurbished. Thought about sending it to apple and pay to get a new battery. Overall I’m a happy satisfied customer. Thanks Best Buy
