This was purchased to replace a phone that I owned of the same model. This one had a more recent update version of iOS, which included features that were better than the one I currently own. The camera even looks like it may be better. Great phone for someone who needs one but doesn't want to spend a bunch of money.

The phone was in excellent condition. Only issue is that the battery doesn’t hold a charge like it should. The online purchase was easy and convenient, as well as when I picked it up at the store. The customer service was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time we've bought a pre-owned phone. It was purchased for our teenage daughter whose Google Pixel 4 phone died. So far, after a month of use, everything has worked fine and there have been no issues.

Needed a phone that was elderly friendly. A very kind saleslady pointed me to it. It was an excellent choice. I am highly satisfied. I don't understand all of the Apple software; but I understand more than enough to make calls and respond to texts. Kudos to the saleslady and to Best Buy.

I bought this iphone as replacement for one of my kids. In store pick up was super easy and the device was in great shape for being preowned. Phone functioned as expexted and didn’t break the bank.

I bought the iPhone SE in 2023, and it's very solid. The phone came in great condition, and it does everything you need an iPhone to do. If you are looking to save money and buy a solid iPhone, I'd recommend this one. The value for how much it's worth is really spectacular. The one thing to note, is that the battery life on these phones isn't spectacular at this point due to how old they are, at least from my experience. I use my phone probably an average amount throughout the day, and it generally dies close to the end of the day, between 8:30pm-10:30pmish. It's just enough battery to last me the whole day. Highly recommend this iPhone!

Apple stripped away the unnecessary, expensive consumer "bells and whistles" (like triple-camera bumps and giant screens) and kept the raw performance that actually matters. If you want an incredibly capable, durable, high-velocity Apple device that will easily get software updates for years without dropping a massive $1,000 premium, this is the smartest buy on the market. Highly recommended!

I bought this because I needed an iphone for certain apps that are not available on android. This is perfect for that need. The phone I got is indeed in like-new condition.

Solid little phone. Great burner phone. If you can’t bring yourself to join the android gang. Camera is decent obviously can’t keep up with the latest. And it can be a bit slower at times but honestly hasn’t been an issue.

You would have never thought that it was refurbished it was 100% brand new it works fine I have no problems I got it for my kids for Christmas and it was a good price and it came exactly on time and it came with a free two to three months worth of Apple TV Apple music Aaron came with all of the charging ports that you need I say win-win

I bought two of these I was a little hesitant on buying them because of being restored, but quickly found out that they are no different. Both work amazingly and no scratches you couldn’t even tell they were restored.

I have bought a pre-owned iphone 12 from Amazon and it had exceeded number of accounts allowed on the phone so I ended up having to return it to Amazon. I came to Best Buy and after explaining my need to the guy at the counter he immediately found this pre-owned iphone se for me and is in perfect condition and I was able to add my account with no problem. My only complaint is that Best Buy charges $40 to set up the phone which in my opiono is not very senior friendly. Maybe Best Buy could offer a discounted senior fee?

I really love my phone . It had great battery life. It fits comfortably in pockets. The phone has a lot of features that are easy to install on the app. The camera is also very nice . Clear pictures and the ability to see everything from a far . I just love my phone . I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Great phone, renewed/restored to near perfection condition. Priced reasonably. Only reason i gave 4/5 was because it didn't come with any documentation or charging block.

Product arrived on time and is fully functional in good condition. Battery life is so so but not abysmal (as expected for a 2020 model iPhone). Good for a secondary/back up phone which was the purchase intent.
