We haven’t had iPhones in over 20 years, so it’s taken some time to get used to the differences from Android phones. Now that we are more used to them we are really pleased with them. The best part was the help we received from Alana when we bought them. She was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful, answering all our questions and making certain we knew when she was available for any questions we had. She put us at ease with our new phones and let us know she was happy to assist us, the kind of employee you really want.

Bought this phone to replace an old iPhone 6. The price to performance is great! Though the phone is primarily used for the more basic features. If you are looking for gaming and using it a lot for more intensive apps, you may want to go with something a little newer.

Bought this for a relative that had an Iphone 6 with a battery that lasted minutes instead of hours. It is in very good shape, no scratches of external damage. It setup to the service provider with no issues. Good alternative to spending the money on a new phone!

Great phone for my daughter. Low priced, and still works very well for the age of the phone. Easy parental controls to put in place. Highly recommended for younger kids as a phone.

I realize this is a very old phone model but it was imperative I replace my husband's old phone with one similar to his 8. He has Alzheimer's and his ability to use his phone is becoming more and more limited. i use it mainly as a GPS device in case he wonders off - he never leaves without his phone in his pocket. Good thing for now! My only complaint is I'm not convinced the battery is new or was replaced when refurbished. The charge doesn't last over 20 hours with a full charge.

Has been working just fine, got it for my brother as his first phone about 6 months ago. He wanted an iphone for some time and thought giving him a more affordable option would be better to see how he takes care of it. Overall definitely recommend.

The product arrived well-packaged and looked exactly as advertised. Everything was protected during shipping, and the presentation was great. My only complaint is that the software and iOS support feel outdated compared to current standards. If the software were updated and better optimized for newer iOS versions, this would be an excellent product overall.

Excellent smaller phone for hands that are not strong, as mine with carpal tunnel syndrome. All the same features of great camera, memory, and function! This pre-owned is perfect, like new! Easy to use.

It works great. Easy to set up. Definitely had the end user in mind. Battery is fine. I was worried by other reviews. The camera seems to drain the battery. That's the tradeoff for good pictures.

Comparable to iPhone 8. Using iPhone 8 before, SE provides the same service. Battery had some glitches as it failed to last for many hours but it self resolved with total discharge and recharge. One other glitch is that it froze and no longer started with full battery. It started with charger on and never repeat the issue.

The phone came with the phone, charging cord and plug. It has worked great and saves a lot of money vs buying a new phone. I did have one issue with one of the phones not charging. I took it 2 Best Buy geek squad and they cleaned out the port. There was a ball of lint in the charging port

Everything is great EXCEPT for the battery life! If I’m using the phone for ANY REASON, wether it be playing a game, or participating in an anger fueled debate via text, or just listening to music; the batter goes from 100% to 10% in a little over an hour I’m pretty sure! Very annoying. But I suppose they had to cut cost somewhere to make this phone so much cheaper. I would much rather sacrifice long battery life before I would sacrifice speed or performance! So overall I’m very happy with my purchase!

Decent. No visible damage. However, functionality wise it’s average. Battery isn’t at full health (80%). Some sluggish / glitching when attempting random things like selecting a GIFs, switching apps.. you can tell it won’t last long but I guess it’ll do for now. My sound sometimes just stops working, very annoying. Have to turn the mute button on and back off for it to come back on.
