battery was under 80% to start, wish i would have checked - i would have tried finding one higher.

I haven't had any issues yet. My daughter is always playing her game on the phone.

Bought as a gift to upgrade my mom to a more current gen of phone. She had a 8-10 year old phone that was finally on it's last legs. This has been a much needed upgrade, it's not the flashiest but it's enough for what she needs and she is very happy.

Excellent smaller phone for hands that are not strong, as mine with carpal tunnel syndrome. All the same features of great camera, memory, and function! This pre-owned is perfect, like new! Easy to use.

It works great. Easy to set up. Definitely had the end user in mind. Battery is fine. I was worried by other reviews. The camera seems to drain the battery. That's the tradeoff for good pictures.

Well I think I may have made a mistake in buying this phone (an SE). My old phone was always needing a charge. I thought this phone would be different. I like the phone except it doesn’t keep a charge. I’m having to charge it every morning.

Battery dies quick but other than that it came like new

We purchased a refurbished iPhone it looks brand & new operates perfectly fine …don’t hesitate to purchase. I would do it all over again with Best Buy.

Decent. No visible damage. However, functionality wise it’s average. Battery isn’t at full health (80%). Some sluggish / glitching when attempting random things like selecting a GIFs, switching apps.. you can tell it won’t last long but I guess it’ll do for now. My sound sometimes just stops working, very annoying. Have to turn the mute button on and back off for it to come back on.

Works excellent whenever I need a phone I’m buying it from Best Buy forsure

Great price if you want to save money bought this one for our granddaughter as her first cell, it is amazing and an apple WOW just like the "Jones" she felt. LOL Thanks.

Everything is great EXCEPT for the battery life! If I’m using the phone for ANY REASON, wether it be playing a game, or participating in an anger fueled debate via text, or just listening to music; the batter goes from 100% to 10% in a little over an hour I’m pretty sure! Very annoying. But I suppose they had to cut cost somewhere to make this phone so much cheaper. I would much rather sacrifice long battery life before I would sacrifice speed or performance! So overall I’m very happy with my purchase!

Great iPhone. Wanted to get something used and set up on mint mobile. Phone works great. Service was great at the store, they even had the mint mobile SIM card available for purchase which made everything even easier!

The phone came with the phone, charging cord and plug. It has worked great and saves a lot of money vs buying a new phone. I did have one issue with one of the phones not charging. I took it 2 Best Buy geek squad and they cleaned out the port. There was a ball of lint in the charging port

I hesitated to buy refurbished but didn't want to spend $$$ on new phone. This one is working better than my old phone, holds the charge longer and doesn't seem to have any problems at all, or at least none have showed up.

This used Apple SE2nd Generation fulfilled all the needs that my damaged phone had provided. Some of the software appeared to be more current than what I had been using. Best Buy owes their thanks to a T-Mobile employee that recommended this used product to me as an economnical way of replacing a damaged phone.

I loved that purchasing a pre-owned iPhone SE was on option for us! The phone came in simple packing, the phone was immaculate and looked brand new. It came with a charger, that if wasn't brand new, it looked like it! Very pleased.

iPhone in great working condition. Only downside is that the battery is old and works at 78% capacity.
