The condition of the phone was excellent, no scratches and the battery life still good 94%, the only concern is that seems like the screen was changed and maybe used not an original one, somehow I used different screen protectors (3 different brands) and all of them leaves the edge not perfectly attached to the screen, I been iphone user for many years without similar issues on new devices, first time buying an used phone.

Phone came to delivered in horrible condition. I purchased the iPhone while it was on sale under Refurbished Excellent condition and the phone came back with heavy scratches and chips. The battery life was also under 85%. It takes days for the seller to reply to your messages and they wouldn’t replace the phone. The best they could do was offer a 10% partial refund. It took them so long to release the partial refunds that I had to go to Best Buy customer service where they were able to issue it. I would be careful if purchasing from them. Will not be a repeat customer. Only reason I gave two stars and not one is because I guess I got a 100% refund. I would have returned it too but I really needed a phone in a hurry.

As expected, came in excellent condition and shape, there’s no dents, cracks or dysfunction, this is the best and worth the wait, not a price either, highly recommended this and the company it came from. Thank you

Hello. I am just your average person. albeit with an attachment to my items. This is the first time I purchased a new phone, replacing my old iphone six and seven, I was worried about buying something not new from Apple, but my budget doesnt justify spending 1000 dollars on a simple phone. I saw this product while searching, and Best Buy has always been dependable with their products and warranties, so i decided to bite the bullet and buy this phone. I was nervous, wondering if there would be problems, if i shouldve just saved up for a brand new one, but my worries faded when i recieved this item, Its like brand new, indistinguishable from a new phone. The setup was easy, however the E-sim confused me for a few days i managed to set it up. There were no scratches, the battery lasts 5-10 times more than my old phone, and the color, metal, screen is in perfect condition. Overall, this is a solid buy if you wish to replace your phone - its not only on the cheaper end, its like brand new, and i will be using this phone for a long time. The only issue i have seen so far is a slight repetitive sound while i am on call, unsure if its some sort of feedback loop but it happens even when i am on mute, however it could always be something from the other end. There are no other problems with this product, and im sure all issues are independent and not repeated, the screen is good, the software and workings is good, its a solid phone for the price. thank you

For those who think an older iPhone isn't worth it - think again. Virtually the same computing power with the added bonus of getting it in a beautiful red color. Also, love the plus size.

If you are a frugal shopper or just on a budget, refurbished is for you. When my older iPhone got destroyed (don’t ask) I had to act quick. A refurbished iPhone 14 Plus was the solution and it has been great so far. 3 months in and no problems to repott. It synched right up with my other Apple devices and the screen has no imperfections. There are very light signs of use, but those get covered by the case so no big deal there.

The phone internally is in great conditions but physically is not as promised, the camera has issues on the borders and the screen has some damage as well
